In spacious residential land roof with three large terraces with sea views, private garden and two parking spaces on the property. living room-kitchen separate entrance double room with two beds suspended seats and cot, bathroom sofa bed. BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The pool is just 200 meters from the house, but it is not part of the residence, so you have to pay a fee to be able to use it by agreeing with the manager that offers various solutions as a family package for a week for 4 people or packages from 10/15 or 20 entrances to be exploited at will.
Surrounded by greenery, during the day it enjoys a unique view while the starry sky illuminates the night and the chirping of crickets will cradle your sleep.
The area is served by bus service morning, afternoon and evening.
