In the beautifull mountains of the Algarve, you find a very special place, with the privacy that you need for you're earned holiday...

When you open the gate, you have a nice drive to the villa (100 m), you can park you're car under the car-port.

Then you open the front door and you're holiday can start, you entering al beautiful and majestic hall, with a view over the mountains and the sea..

There is a livingspace with television, dvd-player, and satellite-tv, stereo, and a fire-place.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with every appliance you need. Dish washer, hob, big refrigerator, Coffee machine with beans, fruit juice maker, blender,....


On the first floor you have three rooms with en suite bathroom and a spectacular seaview

Beautifully maintained villa that leaves nothing to be desired

Wonderful villa in a quiet area in the hills of Tavira. The house is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The different verandas make it possible to find the right place even in windy conditions. Great outdoor area. Communication with the owner was easy, hassle-free and quick. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

The property was perfect and the view sensational

On arrival we had fresh fruit, cheese, meats milk wine and beer. The whole place had a great feel and was very clean. We enjoyed 5 great days and would definitely book again. Thanks also to Carlos who managed the house. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again Simon and kerry

Private and tranquil

The villa is inland and upwards from the coast with beautiful views towards the Spanish border. We loved the tranquility and privacy. Carlos the property manager is responsive but does not speak English so recommend a translation app. We had an amazing stay and wish to thank Stefan. We have always visited the western Algarve but this side is our new favourite. Villa Real San Antonio is a genuine old Portuguese town and there are many beautiful coastal resorts eg. Monte Gordo and Cabanas. If you wish to play golf then one of the best courses is 5 mins from the Villa at Monte Rei. There are also some restaurants that are only driving minutes from the Villa. Recommended

Mixed experience

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Communication with owner excellent - always helpful and prompt responses. Carlos attends the property and very helpful and pleasant, however does not speak any English. On the down side the biggest problem at the Villa is the Ant infestation. This is a major problem. Cannot leave a crumb anywhere on worktops or the Ants migrate and take over - very unpleasant as they get in all cupboards and drawers making kitchen unusable unless everything is continuously washed before use. Pool also green towards end of stay and unusable as a result. Regrettably will not return.
