We had a great time- The property is beautiful.

Owners live onsite. They are very kind and accomodating. The walk to the river was fun.

Beautiful Property, Great Owners!

I went with a group of couples for a weekend getaway, and it was incredible! It was so relaxing, the house was amazing, and the space was great. Beautiful surrounding area, and the size of the space in the house was perfect for us. Wonderful stay - definitely recommend this!

Spacious, beautiful, perfect for retreat

As described, there was plenty of space both inside and outside for our retreat purposes and we had a wonderful time. When one enters, the chandelier, high ceilings and staircases are stunning. Taxidermy-lined walls gives the place an interesting and different feel. Fire pit outside was perfect for s'mores. I was not aware ahead of time of the tenants that live in the villa below the rental property. There were no problems here but was a bit of a surprise. Stay was overall very comfortable.

i really felt like I was on a safari in South Africa! Great enormous home with plenty of interesting nic-nacs... Great people to deal with. got my refund back :)

Ladies Weekend

What a wonderful weekend! I was in charge of planning a bachelorette weekend for my best friend. I booked this amazing house and we intended to spend some time in Newburyport. I was a little nervous about the party planning so I asked Colin and Reini if I could stop by a few weeks earlier just to check things out and make sure we all had enough space to sleep. They were incredibly accommodating and told me to stop by whenever. I was very pleased with all the space and Reini made sure we had enough beds for each guest. The house was clean and welcoming and the deck was spectacular. We easily got a cab to downtown Newburport to have dinner and drinks and do some shopping. We had planned to do more things out and about but we ended up spending most of our time at the house because it was so comfortable and inviting. I would love to make this an annual trip. Thank you Reini and Colin!

Family & Friends home base for my wedding.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The place is conveniently located if you have a car. Perfect for family reunions I had my 90 year old grandparents and they were very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints about this ideal accommodation.

Perfect site for large gathering

Just a great space - in and out! The layout is open, with the kitchen opening into a family room and bar area. There is a wide wrap-around deck and a beautiful, flat back yard - perfect for volleyball and picnic seating. There is a screened in porch, just off the kitchen, perfect for organizing the buffet without worrying about sun, rain or bugs.

Wonderful Family Reunion Weekend

We had a great combined family reunion/Grandma's 90th Birthday weekend. The house is warm and inviting. We felt right at home. Plenty of seating and gathering areas both inside and outside. The spacious and private grounds are great for a quiet walk. We prepared meals in the kitchen and grilled on the deck with all the comforts of home. We would definitely return for another reunion. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.
