About Kenny Mihelich / Jill Mihelich

We are the Mihelichs'; we live, work and play in the mountains of Southwest Colorado.

When we decided to look for a place to live that would be slightly warmer than where we currently live, Prescott came up as the perfect place. Being in the building and design trades we consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to find a unique property that appeals to our sensibilities regarding history and utilizing space in a conservative manner.

When we get a break from real jobs and playing in a rock band we head south to visit our home and friends in a warmer climate- even if it does have 4 seasons!

Kenny Mihelich / Jill Mihelich purchased this bungalow in 2015

Why Kenny Mihelich / Jill Mihelich chose Capital Territory & High Country

The restaurants and shops are only one block away, so after a day of golfing, hiking, biking or enjoying events it is convenient to go home and get ready for a night on the town. This property captured us because our fascination of a "tiny" home and how to maximize the space is very intriguing to us. We love the concept of less being more and somehow being just right. One can live simply and comfortably as well, and have the feeling of spaciousness. We enjoy the porch which is both outside but private.

What makes this bungalow unique

This home was well thought out in location and layout. With two levels and very accessible living spaces being very close in proximity it still manages to provide privacy to anyone on either floor. I have a difficult time deciding where i want to drink my coffee (or wine), read a book, watch a movie, take a nap or hang out with my loved ones!

Very cute and cozy bungalow

  • 5 of 5

My husband, our daughter, my parents and I were in Prescott for the Whiskey Off Road Mountain Bike Race. We loved how close this house was to the square. It was very cozy and perfect for our needs.

Prescott Perfection

  • 5 of 5

We couldn't have been more pleased with this place. It was perfectly sized to give the kids their space. It was adorable and uncluttered but had everything you might need. The front porch with the gate was a really nice feature. Beds were comfy and showers were great. We hope to stay here for all of our Prescott trips.

Perfect location clean and quaint

  • 5 of 5

Great little house within walking distance to Whiskey Row and great restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and friendly neighbors. We brought our small dog and stayed for a wedding close by. We would absolutely rent this house again for a nice weekend getaway from the heat.

Great getaway to Prescott

  • 4 of 5

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was a simple walk to multiple restaurants and pubs, and the county courthouse square.

Note to anyone who might stay there - keep the ceiling fans on and the front door open when you cook. The smoke alarm is very sensitive.

Wisco Folks

  • 5 of 5

We visited Prescott with another couple. This clean and cozy little house was in a perfect location just a couple blocks from the downtown square. Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms was a definite plus. Kitchen is small but well equipped. If the weather had been a little warmer we would have spent more time on the front porch.
