This was an incredible property- location was great, five minute walk to beach which was crystal clear and calm followed by 2 days with waves- all 6 kids loved it all!The house has everything you could imagine-kitchen was amazing, bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the pool was a favorite day and night! We spent evenings on screened in porch overlooking pool with lights-always some in pool and hot tub having fun. I highly recommend for a perfect family vacation -we were 7 adults and 6 kids-plenty of space. A few restaurants to walk to, bakery and ice cream close walk too.

Great property

Overall, probably one of the best homes we have stayed in on 30A. Great access to the beach that was not crowded. Pool was a good size, and the home had everything we needed.

Perfect house

Loved the huge open living area and screened in back porch. Fabulous for small children to keep safely from pool! The pool was perfect too with large shelf and not too deep anywhere. We will definitely be back!!

Spectacular

The house was immaculate and beautiful! Just a short walk to the beach! We appreciated the availability of beach chairs for us to use and the cart to get our gear to the beach. The pool is awesome. We had an amazing week, enjoyed our time with family, enjoyed the house it just made the stay great!

BIG Pool with Spa and just a half block to Uncrowded Blue Mountain Beach

Loved the big kitchen. It was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We had lots of room for all of us to gather round while while cooking with family and friends. We enjoyed early morning coffees on the large screened in porch. The bunks were a hit with the kids and they enjoyed having their own big screen TV. Beach was just a short walk away. Splashing in the pool or relaxing in the lounge chairs was perfect after a day at the beach. At night some of us retreated to the heated spa and enjoyed the night sky. One of our favorite activities was walking to the Blue Mountain Creamery for ice cream in fresh made waffle cones! Beautiful relaxing home and we are already planning our return trip.

Gulf View - Large Family Vacation

This was honestly one of the best VRBO homes we've stayed in. By far the best stocked kitchen and the property managers were SO responsive. I truthfully get a little nervous when it's a property manager because you just never know, but they were on everything immediately. We had an issue with the garage entry code upon arrival (our first group to arrive did). I called and on they immediately changed the code which resolved the issue. The pool had some filter issues the night of arrival and they got someone out that night to address and fix. This is also minor but for those who depart early in the morning, not having to strip all beds is quite helpful. The walk to the beach was close with the beach access right at the end of the road. We feel like we found a hidden gem in Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. Enough places to walk to (Creamery, Bakery, couple restaurants) with Destin and Seacrest 15-30 min drives. The beach was not crowded at all, especially copmared to Seagrove trips we've been on. Everyone in our group commented it might be the best 30A stay yet. Thanks so much!

AH-MAZING HOME!!

Book this immediately. Hands down the best house we’ve stayed in on 30A. House is open concept, lots of room to hang with family, tons of beds, beautifully decorated, clean, spectacular backyard. Loved the screened in patio! A quick, straight-shot walk to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants and ice cream. 10/10!!

We were blown away by the property, exceeded our expectations greatly. Very close to the beach, and the neighborhood was quite. The pool was fantastic, all in all one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will be back.

Chairs on beach

We did not find chairs and umbrella on beach until mid week . They where a long way from house . We where told first that they were at the access on the end of road . But it took your co a day or so to tell us that . They told us to call the owner of the rental co . In which that was not my place to call him . We did rent a golf cart. No where to park cart so we would carry everything to beach . And someone would have to walk back to park cart . And go back to get it when we needed to go back . We had 3 kids with so we had a lot to carry.. I would like a refund for not getting to use chairs . We did go down to the other location and ask the guy where the chairs was to be at and he told that we was not on his list . Eddie watford

Beautiful & spacious home for our Family Vaca

Our first full family vacation, my husband and myself, our 5 adult children, 3 spouses and 5 small grandchildren, enjoyed the week here! It is a short walk to the beach entrance, but with small kiddos, our wagon was a necessity! The screened in back patio was wonderful for the rainy periods. The pool was wonderful, with a very shallow shelf end for the tiny's. And plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. The family size kitchen and dining was perfect for our group of 15 to eat together! Lots of fun and memory making this week!

Even better than we hoped for...this house is a dream!!!

My family vacationed at Gulf Dreams for a family reunion. We had six kids from 1.5 - 16 years old and eight adults. The house was amazing!!! I love to play chef and the kitchen had everything you could think of. I got a little spoiled on their six burner Thermador range and have been missing it since returning home. The interior pictures don't do this place justice. All the beds are super comfy and the design updates are beautiful. With two little ones under three, having a pool outside was a worry until we discovered that they had a pool alarm as well as raised door handles out of the reach of the kids on the door accessing the pool...perfect. The pool itself is big and beautiful. The one foot shallow end was a hit with the little ones. They also have a bathroom off of the pool patio which was super handy. The beach is about a 200 yard walk from the front door and if you know anything about the beaches on 30A you know they can't be beat. When we booked this house we had high expectations and it was even better than we hoped for...this house is a dream!!!

No disappointments

We were surprised by the space of this home. The pictures don't adequately show the beautiful kitchen and the room to work together in preparing a meal in this well equipped room. We all loved the pool and the hot tub even though the beach was only a short distance away. My grown children commented on what a lovely property it was. All in all, we couldn't have been more pl;eased.

Beautiful Townhome!

This place was absolutely wonderful! The community is so peaceful and it's gated so it's very private. We don't see a lot of the traffic you would normally see on summer vacation and we are so close to the ocean it's unbelievable! The house is absolutely lovely, especially the master suite we stayed in. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation and I will definitely be back to this home!

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing time at Gulf Dreams! What a incredible home in a beautiful part of the Florida Panhandle - we will absolutely be back. We were just steps away from the beach in an easy going and lush neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants (there's an ice cream shop just around the corner, too) and even set out on a hike into the woods right from the house. The home itself is spacious and very beautifully designed with plenty of room for a large group - a fantastic kitchen for cooking up some local seafood, plenty of room for us to spread out and get privacy if needed, a great backyard with a pool and spa, and a fireplace on the back porch. There are bikes available to take out on the trails or bike down 30A to grab a beer at the Growler Garage. A luxurious and relaxing place to spend time with loved ones, enjoy the beautiful beach, and experience the Gulf Coast.

Paradise at Blue Mountain Beach

I had the great fortune of being able to stay at this home over the holidays. The house itself is beautiful, open, and spacious. It's absolutely perfect for friends and family to relax late into the evening. Out back you will find a sliver of private paradise, we spent many hours lounging in the hot tub and pool when we weren't at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's little more than a stones throw from the front door! Overall I couldn't be happier with our choice. We will definitely be staying here again.
