The property itself was beautiful and very clean, not much closer you can get to the beach. The bed was super comfy but the pull-out couch was the worst I've ever slept on. For young kids it would be fine but as an adult with hip and back problems it was tough.

We loved the location on the beach and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Highly recommend. There are a few restaurants within walking distance too. The bed is comfortable but mattress needs replacing as it’s beginning to sag in the middle.

Stayed for two nights on a solo/recharge trip. Perfect size for one or two people. Locations and beach access were perfect. The only thing I was not a fan of was the door lock. You can tell it needs to be replaced from the duct tape on the inside portion of the lock and it makes a weird beep as if someone is unlocking the door which can creep you out if you’re not expecting it. Other than the lock everything was perfect.Will book again.

Loved this spot, right on the beach with private breach access. Quick walk to a local natural food store that had everything we needed when we weren’t eating out. Great location for what we were looking for…quiet and lowkey. Can’t wait to go back and will stay here again!

I LOVE being able to just walk out into the backyard and have your beach access!! No walking down the road or having to go the public access.This unit is on the 3rd floor and has no elevators. The stairs are not hard to get up and down so it's really not bad.The unit is beautifully decorated and was clean, BUT it does have a musty odor. I'm not sure why because the A/C fan was constantly running to circulate the air. I would recommend a dehumidifier. You do get an assigned parking spot which is great.The units are spaced so you dont hear any noise from your neighbors. SPECTACULAR This unit is perfect size for a couple.Overall, we enjoyed our kid free vacation.

The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated and updated. The king size bed was so comfortable. RealJoy was very responsive when there were a couple of operational issues with the WiFi and washer/dryer. Some of the hard and soft goods in the condo were very worn and could use replacement: living room throws; sleeper sofa; cookware quality.

Quiet getaway..

Overall we had a very nice stay. We came in from Ohio for a wedding so we didn’t spend a ton of time there but it pretty much had everything that we needed. Nice decor and bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for the beach.

Perfect Beach Condo

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it beat expectations in every way. The decor is top-notch, the bed is comfy, the keypad entry seamless. The beach is right down the stairs. We loved staying here.

Great Location!

A perfect getaway for my husband and and I. The location was absolutely perfect! We were a short walk from food and ice cream. The walk to the beach was amazing and convenient as ever. The condo met all of our needs and we will be back for future stays!
