Large and cozy 3BR/3BA corner unit with lots of natural light, located in the desirable Gateway Mountain Lodge, at the entrance to River Run Village. Sleeps 14. Walking distance to 2 different base areas at Keystone! Enjoy the beautiful views of the ski slopes from 2 separate balconies. Spacious, and beautifully decorated. For your convenience the building offers free Wi-Fi, free underground parking, elevators, ski lockers, and Keystone Shuttle stop at the front entrance. Large dining room with plenty of seating, plus additional seating on bar stools at the bar. Kitchen has newer appliances and fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware, etc. Enjoy the new Samsung Smart TV and the Keurig single-serve brewer with a selection of coffees and teas. Washer and Dryer in unit. Conveniently located within walking distance of several good restaurants and shops.

Lots of Activities on site: internet, heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, convenience store, liquor store, full service Aveda day spa, and restaurant with sports on 12 HDTV's and video game area. Ski and board rental next door.

Several restaurants and bars (live music) all walking distance. Lots of shopping close by too.

We are a family of four who love the mountains; we love to ski, snowboard, hike, camp, and cycle/mountain bike. We chose this condo as our second home because of its great location and because we knew we would feel at home every time we get a chance to enjoy it. We hope you feel as much at home as we do.

Why Matthew Miller chose Northwest

Keystone is our favorite mountains in Summit County. Great terrain and great atmosphere! This property is at the entrance to River Run and is a short walk to either River Run or Mountain House.

What makes this condo unique

Hard to beat the views of Keystone mountain from the balconies at Gateway Mountain Lodge! Plus just down stairs you have a day spa and a great restaurant/sports cafe with large HDTV's and kids video game area.

Great location.

I enjoyed your condo. My only complaints are the elevator being out (not your fault) fortunately it was fixed when we checked out and the carpet in the master bedroom was rather dirty and could use a cleaning and the frayed binding on the rugs in the living room and dining room were unpleasant. Your condo is well equipped and very clean - if you address these two issues I think you would impress more visitors. Thank you.

Beautiful condo with great views of the frontside of Keystone. Super convenient location with an easy walk to River Run. Owner is very accommodating and great to work with. Perfect for larger group. Will rent again in the future.

Super nice place. Large, updated, clean, and in a good location. Much more space than a typical mountainside condo. Easy to get in touch with the owner. We would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful spot!!

We had 14 women in the condo and it slept exactly that very comfortably. Matt was incredibly wonderful to work with. I never had to wait for a response and I knew he was genuinely excited to make sure we had a great time. He even left extra towels for us! We also had a woman leave a box of items by accident in the kitchen and Matt was kind enough to bring it and meet her in Denver within a week of our stay. The location is killer... walk to the base of the mountain, you can take the shuttle too and we even called Keystone transportation and they sent over the free shuttle to get us all to the cross country course at the golf course. We were able to park in the garage and never had to move our cars until we headed back down the mountain. Matt's home is beautiful, open and welcoming for a large group or a couple families. I will definitely be recommending his condo for friends headed to Keystone.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT: During busy times of the year, we generally have a 3-5 night minimum stay, but we can make exceptions where we can take a 1 or 2 night stay if there is a gap between two longer reservations or during less busy months. Feel free to email us if you would like to know if we can accommodate your requested dates. Requested dates are subject to approval up until we have confirmed your reservation.

RATES / DEPOSIT / REFUNDS: Rates are subject to change. A cancellation fee of $150 will be due upon cancellation. The full amount less $150, less the credit card transaction fees charged to the owner at the time of booking (typically around 3% of amount paid) will be refunded, if refund is requested at least 60 days before your check-in date. There will be no refunds or cancellations inside 60 days until your check-in date; however, we will attempt to find another makeup date (but not during holidays) for you to stay at our condo.

CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee will be charged on every reservation.

TAXES: We are required by law to collect and remit taxes on both the rental amount and the cleaning fee, in the amount of 6.375% of the total.
