In Kardamili of Messinia, with respect to nature and the area and within an evergreen environment, we created four fully equipped stone villas. Our aim is to turn your stay in Kardamili to a memorable experience, full of beautiful images and moments of serenity and total relaxation.
The spacious villas offer privacy and tranquility combined with magnificent sea views of Kardamili, the mountain, the lush olive grove and the wonderful sunsets.
All villas have a private Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 5 people.

stunning place in a stunning landscape

We stayed at Polismata - Villa Passava at the end of October and it was perfectly relaxing. The whole Polismata site as well as the villas are sophisticated and tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is situated a little bit outside of Kardamili (5-10 min by foot) within a olive grove - the only thing you hear there are the birds. The Villa was equipped with all the little things you might need (spices, dishwasher tabs, sanitary products, etc.). The Jacuzzi was great, the Wi-Fi worked fine. Everything was as described – maybe even better. Communication with George was perfect. And thanks to Erika and Nev for taking care of the place and good advices where to go in Kardamili.
