Ein Traumurlaub im Herbst 2023

Hier muss einfach eine Bewertung geschrieben werden! Ein Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ - Kommen wir aber zur Objektbewertung. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben (freundlich und hell). Alles war bestens vorbereitet (Sauberkeit / Handtücher / zusätzliche Poolhandtücher / Toilettenpapier / Handseife / Sonnenliegen / aufgeheizter Whirlpool) und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation einfach Weltklasse. Der Empfang war herzlich mit einigen sehr nützlichen Tipps und Informationen. Während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns jederzeit mit Rückfragen, Anregungen oder möglichen Ausflugstipps bei Daniela melden und haben umgehend eine Antwort erhalten (perfekt!). Wanderungen sind vor Ort gut möglich, für alles weitere wird das Auto benötigt. Aufgrund der Hanglage hat man einen super Blick auf den Gardasee in südliche Richtung. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Katastrophe

Ich musste nach meiber Anreise leider feststellen dass die Unterkunft in keinster Weise mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung übereinstimmen. Keine Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen,von Vorhänger war nich das Geschirr im Spüler. Nach Nachfragen wo due Sauna ist ,die ich benötige ,da ich chronisches Rheuma habe und extra deswegen diese Unterkunft gebucht habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass diese nicht mehr vorhanden ist obwohl sie noch immer in der Beschreibung steht, daraufhin löschte die Gastgeberin die Fotos und wurde unfreundlich und bat mich zu gehen. Ich habe mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen und habe bis zum heutigen Tag noch keune Rückzahlung erhalten obwohl ich mich sofort mit FeWo in Verbindung gesetzt habe. I

Also der Wohnungskomplex war super schön. Was mich ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass es beim Check in zu wenig Infos gab z.B. W-LAN Passwort wurde nicht genannt; es gab keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Whirlpool; es gab keine Führung übers Gelände; wo ist die Sauna wann ist sie geöffnet wo gibt es den Schlüssel solche Sachen; Welche Schlüssel für was sind. Nun zu den positiven Sachen man kann super schön wandern essen man hat alles in der Nähe Einkaufen etc. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sehr modern eingerichtet super Ausstattung. Alles in allem kann ich die Anlage sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Räume waren sehr sauber sowie die Außenanlagen. Die Objektleiterin war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. So kann man den Urlaub genießen. 😀
