Absolutely perfect location in Salo, lakeside, stunning views, instant access to lake front restaurants and bars. Also overlooks the lakeside promenade and boat action which is great fun. Great for people watching from the third floor. Yes this is a third floor apartment, no lift, keeps you fit. Well appointed apartment, nicely presented. No WIFI at this apartment - 4G pretty good in all rooms - local bar Naturall which has wifi but this does not get to the apartment. Highly recommended - make sure you turn up with cash for deposit 300, the cleaning fee 80 approx and tourist charge!!

Easy check in, greeted in town and walked to the apartment, great position on the waterfront above a good selection of bars and restaurants. Apartment had all the facilities for a family of four, very well finished. No wifi. Paid parking was very secure, in an underground car park within an independent garage. Salo is a very nice town, lots to do, and an easy boat ride to the very touristy towns of Sirimone, Limone and Malcesine.

Der Weg von der Tiefgarage (400 Meter) und die knapp 60 Stufen sind bei Anreise mit Gepäck sportlich. Das Einzelzimmer ist nur mit einem Bett (80 x 180 !!) und einem Sofa ausgestattet. Dieses wurde für die Ablage der Bekleidung genutzt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem kleinen Campingschrank ausgestattet. Für eine Woche wurden pro Person 2 Handtücher bereit gestellt. Also entweder mitbringen oder waschen. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine.Die Lage ist echt cool. Super Blick auf den See. Ohne Klimaanlage und offene Fenster ist allerdings nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Wohnung liegt direkt über einer Bar bzw. Restaurant.

The lovely house owners, Antonietta and Marino, gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is centrally located in the old town with a fabulous 180 degree view of the lake right on the promenade!! Large and bright living room with a well-equipped kitchen. Large and airy apartment with real parquet and wooden ceiling. We will miss the white lounger in the living room with a fantastic view of the lake. Convenient parking in the owner's parking garage about 100 m from the apartment. Very lively nightlife on the promenade directly below the apartment. Everything is nearby, cafes, bars, restaurants and other shops... Just great!! We noticed the very good online review and the best price for our chosen apartment and booked immediately. We think Summer In Italy is great, everything worked out wonderfully, the communication and the information provided were outstanding. Many thanks to Mr Trotta and the team.

Casa Nuvola's location is perfect! Close to promenade, restaurants, shops, historic area. Wonderful views of the lake. We loved that we could walk everywhere, including to the ferry for day trips on the lake. Size of apartment is good. Plenty of space. Can't say enough good about Summer In Italy! Always prompt with information and responses to questions. Very friendly and helpful. Will use again, for sure!

Yes, we enjoyed it! The view was amazing and it was directly on the promenade. You can have a meal or a drink and go directly to Casa Nuvola. The rooms are small but clean and nice.

I have been wanting to visit this particular property for a couple of years now, and it did not disappoint. The location in the heart of the village, the views, and the size of the apartment for our family was perfect. We’ve used Summer In Italy services before and love how responsive they are.

Salo - Casa Nuvolo

What a view, incredible! Lovely quirky apartment located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Italian apartment block situated above the restaurant frontages overlooking Lake Garda. The apartment is accessed via several flights of stairs and is ideal for keeping you fit! Well equipped and with a nautical flavour it is ideal for exploring Salo and the surrounding area. Car parking is difficult in Salo so make sure you take up the option for the car parking permit - this is actually a lock up garage within a modern underground carpark about 250m from the apartment. The property has aircon but no WIFI although there is plenty of signal from the adjacent restaurants. Even though the apartment is located overlooking the lake promenade it is not particularly loud and with its stunning views is ideal to relax and watch the world go by! We really enjoyed the property. Our hosts met us at a predetermined location near the car park and were very welcoming and helpful.

Our All Time Favorite

We have been coming to Casa Nuvola for about five years now and every stay at s as magical as the first. We love the location, the tasteful decor blending old and new, history and modern comfort and the friendly welcome we get every year. There is also a modern and spacious kitchen but with wonderful restaurants and cafes all around you we have never really used it. A great bonus is that unlike many properties in Europe you can add AC and a parking spot. The very best though is being part of this beautiful little city even if it’s only for a couple of days. The curious stares of other tourists when you unlock your front door, opening the shutters and looking over the lake and mountains is simply priceless.

The place is beautiful, it has the best view... Communication with host was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival and they were very understandable and helpful, I would stay with them again any time. The hole experience was excellent! Thank you Luca for receiving us, the place is beautiful!

Casa Nuvola in Salo is Wonderful!!

This property is situated in the heart of the beautiful lakeside town of Salo on Lago Di Gardia in Northern Italy. The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished and has an amazing lake view. It is central to all of the good restaurants and bistros in Salo and it has convenient and secure parking available at a reasonable rate. Antionetta, the owner, met us and escorted us to the property and she could not have been more friendly or attentive. Every aspect of Casa Nuvola met our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Italian vacation experience!

Excellent apartment with the best view in town.

The apartment is excellent in every aspect, fully equipped for a family of 5, we stayed for the month of August and the apartment suites perfectly our needs, it’s very central in Salo, so perfect for bars and shops, & restaurants…. The owners are charming and very hospitable. It is on the 3rd floor, so a few steps to climb, but when you see the views it’s worth every step !!

Brilliant Flat In very central position

The flat is perfect, stayed for the month of August 21, The apartment is delightful, over looking lake Garda, It is well equipped with very comfortable fittings, the location is very central in Salo. We did not use the car for the month !! Perfect break

Ferienwohnung direkt am See gelegen mit großartigen Ausblick.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Super netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles einfach und reibungslos abgelaufen. Wichtige Infos zur Wohnung: Kleiderschrank fehlt leider in beiden Zimmern. Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden Kein WLAN, öffentliches WLAN reicht nicht aus zum Empfangen Türöffner geht nicht Wohnung Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock und man muss 58 Treppenstufen steigen. Mit Gepäck etwas mühsam, geht aber. Mit dem Auto kann man nur von 7 bis 10.30 Uhr in den Bereich zur Wohnung fahren. Da die Wohnung genau über einer Gaststätte liegt ist es nicht gerade ruhig. Man hört den Lärm doch ziemlich in der Wohnung. Geht bis ca. 2 Uhr morgens. Die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich gegen 7 Uhr und holt das Altglas ab. Trotz allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung 🇮🇹😉❤️

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr hell und geschmackvoll. Allerdings haben wir ein paar Anregungen. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, bekamen aber nur einen Schlüssel. Somit konnten wir nicht einzeln unterwegs etwas unternehmen. Das war sehr schade. Eine Kaffeemaschine oder ein größerer Espresso-Maker wäre ideal gewesen. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr könnte nochmals überprüft werden. Abgesehen von diesen Kleinigkeiten sehr empfehlenswert.

Traum Wohnung mit kleinen Schwächen

Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles was man brauchte war da und die Lage an der Promenade in Salo war super hatte aber den Nachteil das die Wohnung nichts für Langschläfer ist, wenn morgens ab 7 Uhr der Müll alle zwei Tage abgeholt wird und leider waren auch die Betten alles andere als bequem. Mag sein das die in Italien normal ist, gut schlafen geht aber anders

This is our second time of hopefully many more in the future. The apartment is a true gem and we are feeling right at home, we were welcomed back so warmly and the views seemed to be even more spectacular than we remembered.

Beautiful apartment, we weren’t disappointed at all. Very stylish and well equipped with incredible views out on to the lake. Perfect! Replies were prompt and communication/information was first class. I would definitely recommend Summer In Italy and book again.
