Integrated in a small charming building , recently renovated (completed in 2014) with 4 apartments (2 single studios in the ground floor and 2, 1 bedroom duplex-in the uper floor.

A lovely and special shared patio with wooden bench and a small stone fountain that will be the travelers delight after an intense day , full of visits and city walks..

The building has been totally restored with the best and top quality materials that make it an idyllic place!

Sloping ceilings with windows in the roof , original hand-painted headboards , some wooden floors , fully equipped kitchens with high-standing quality suplies , bath with glass shower screens, LCD TV , Wi -Fi … etc.

All these details makes this accommodation ideal for couples, friends , families or even for large gatherings , being able to rent the complete house , certainly a privileged location in the city center.

The Cozy Duplex has been decorated with high quality furniture and full of details.

In first floor you will find the new , big and modern kitchen is full equipped with a large fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffe maker, TV LCD, Wi-fi … The dining area with a table and 4 chairs , sitting area with 4 chairs and two double sofas, one of them double sofa-bed. The bathroom with glass shower screen, hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided.

The sleeping area upstairs (2º floor) has two comfortable single beds.

abbiamo abitato qui per 6 giorni verso la fine di agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. l'appartamento è pulito, nuovo e organizzato bene. è praticamente in centro ed è comodo un po' a tutto. mi sento di consigliarlo. grazie a Mariola e a Cristina per la disponibilità.
