Piccolo Paradiso Villa A

Piccolo Paradiso Villas consists of two charming neighboring villas located in the traditional village of Gennadi. Each house can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it possible to host a total of 12 guests. Both houses offer beautiful sea views and access to a sharing swimming pool, making them the perfect choice for a relaxing group or family getaway.
Each house features a bright and comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay.
There are three in each house. In every house, there is two bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful views. There are three in each house. On the upper floors, each house has two bathrooms with bathtubs, while on the ground floors there is one bathroom with a shower in each house. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely patio area and a shared swimming pool. The outdoor space includes a shared BBQ , and a basketball hoop & playground -- perfect for fun and relaxing moments together. Sunbeds and parasols are provided by the sharing pool, and a traditional well adds a charming touch to the surroundings.
Piccolo Paradiso Villas is located in the charming seaside village of Gennadi, on the south coast of Rhodes. The nearest beach is just a short walk away, while the village centre -- with a supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants -- is only a few minutes from the property. Lindos village and the famous Acropolis are about 23 km away, and Rhodes International Airport is approximately 65 km from the property. The city of Rhodes and the Medieval Old Town can be reached in about 70 minutes by car, making Piccolo Paradiso an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
