Nice little appartment in a calm area

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get into the inner city of Paris. Supermarkets are quite close as well as some bakerys. Parked near the app (without paying) was no problem. Small but nice and calm with a friendly host.

This was as advertised

If you want a true French neighborhood living experience, this is a good choice. You are right in the middle of the town and across from the football stadium which is busy all the time. Very few people speak English which is fine. The local restaurants are great. The local market on Wednesdays is phenomenal. The apartment is spartan , but provincial and is all you need to live comfortably. Bed sheets need to be updated. Loved the cats. Nice landlords Metro stops about 4 blocks away on line #8 which takes about 50 min to get into central Paris, but easy to use. If you are looking for that real French experience without the frills and attitude of the Paris tourist traps, this is great choice.

Host was kind and welcoming…pictures and info on site a bit deceiving. Pictures from outside mostly shows owners home, few of the rental. In shoulder season, we asked for more heat but didn’t get any as the house accommodation was preset at 20 degrees. It certainly was not 20 in our unit so it was cold which made drying clothing once washed, nearly impossible. Musty smell. 3 locks on the outside entry were difficult to use. Suggest getting one key for all three. Shower was cold…draft from window plus, there wasn’t a wall bracket for the shower head. Get a shower caddie and attach it to the shower wall so soaps / shampoos are off the floor. Should replace the sofa as it was old and tired. There’s only one bathroom…listing says two. Wifi was good…washing machine is in the basement…not in the unit. It would be great to have instructions for all appliances in several languages, particularly English.

Vraiment très choquée par cette appréciation. Les photos extérieures montrent tout le jardin dans sa totalité. Le thermostat fonctionne parfaitement bien et 20 degrés est au dessus des recommandations en France. Entant que Canadiens j'ai d'ailleurs été étonnée par votre demande de mettre encore plus élevé. En général les chauffages sont mis en Novembre. Les produits de soins sont dans des bouteilles sur la margelle établit à cet effet au pied de la douche, je ne vois pas le souci ? Le canapé à tout juste 2 ans. L'annonce mentionne 1 pièce de douche et un toilette les photos et la description correspondent à la réalité. La machine à laver est au sous sol pour les 2 appartements rien n'indique le contraire dans mon annonce. Je comprends mieux votre attitude très hautaine durant tout le séjour. Ce type d'appréciation est vraiment très désagréable voir même mensongère Heureusement que tous mes autres voyageurs sont beaucoup plus sympathique. Je crois que vous devriez à l'avenir pour votre standing prendre plutôt des hôtels de luxes qui ne seront certainement pas à moins 80 euros la nuits.

La anfitriona estuvo en todo momento dispuesta a resolver todas las dudas. El alojamiento es ideal para una pareja, nosotros éramos cuatro adultos y desconocíamos que el único baño estaba dentro del único dormitorio, por lo que puede afectar al tema de privacidad. Otro punto a destacar es el tema de los perros de la dueña, ya nos hizo saber que están en su propiedad y tienen libre libertad para deambular por toda ella, lo entendemos (nosotros viajamos una perrita pequeña), pero si debería tener un poco de cuidado de tenerlo controlado en el momento de subir o bajar el equipaje, podría haber ocasionado un accidente al subir o bajar por las escaleras ya que continuamente estaba por medio el día que marchamos.Como uno de los aspectos más positivos es hacer saber que se dispone de parking privado gratis en la misma puerta del alojamiento, aunque sea en la calle, es un plus que desconocíamos y que nos gustó mucho, lo mismo que la facilidad y cercanía del metro, unos 10 minutos andando.Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que viajen sola o en pareja y les guste los perros.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung voll mit Nippes abe gemütlich und sauber. Metro, Bäcker und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Genial

Hemos estado mi marido, mi hijo y yo. Tiene un dormitorio de matrimonio y un sofá cama grande. El sitio está perfecto, es un barrio súper tranquilo, con el metro muy cerca para ir a cualquier sitio. En frente hay un supermercado, además de otros a los alrededores y bares y tiendas. En la casa hemos estado muy tranquilos, un jardín muy bonito. No le falta de nada al apartamento. Y la dueña muy amable y simpática. Hemos pasado una semana genial y hemos conocido París.Nos vamos muy contentos.

Logement bien situé

Petit weekend à Paris en famille, mais pas envie de dormir dans le centre. Nous avons trouvé le logement de Jocelyne bien situé. A 10 min à pied de la ligne 8 du métro et tous les commerces à proximité. Le plus, le petit coin de verdure du logement super bien entretenu.

Un séjour très agréable

Une semaine chez Jocelyne avec 2 enfants de 8 et 9 ans. Le logement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. Le métro n'est qu'à 8 minutes à pieds. Très calme et agréable.Merci Jocelyne

Gastgeberin 0K, nette, freundliche, die Einrichtung sehr Retro, in der Küche weniger Möglichkeit zu kochen, Bad Katastrophe, ohne Heizung, weniger Licht, mit der douche. Na, ja… Bett komfortable, mit 1 Nachttisch und 1 Lampe… alles sehr dunkel, muss sparen.. leider. Nicht normal.

quartier calme près de Paris avec le métro

appartement de style désuet mais bien équipé. La cour aurait un attrait si nous pouvions y aller, ce qui ne semble pas le cas. La propriétaire est discrète et sympathique, Nous avons trouvé un terrain d'entente pour notre heure d'arrivée qui arrangeait l'un et l'autre

LOGEMENT AGREABLE

Madame Lopez est vraiment une hôte charmante ayant a l'esprit de satisfaire au mieux ses locataires. Le logement est très kitsch, idéal pour 2 personnes mais un peu petit pour 4, néanmoins très propre. Tout proche du métro et à seulement quelques stations pour se rendre dans Paris. A recommander sans hésitation.

Location idéalement située pour la visite de Paris

Accueil très sympa de Jocelyne, appartement très propre et bien équipé, très bien situé aux portes de Paris, à proximité de la station de métro. Autre point fort : stationnement gratuit à côté de la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Toller Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes Plätzchen zum verweilen. In jeder Ecke des Hauses und Anwesens gibt es was zu entdecken. Sehr liebevoll und interessant eingerichtet. Aber nix für Pingelige oder für Leute die nur das Schlechte sehen wollen... Für Allergiker, es gibt Katzen vor Ort. Was für meinen Freund, er ist Allergiker, aber kein Problem war. Man musste eben darauf achten, das die Tiere draussen bleiben. Mit der Metro ist alles wunderbar zu erreichen, wir waren mehrere Tage in Paris und natürlich in Disneyland, und auch Maisons- Alfort hat einiges zu bieten. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt in der Straße, es gibt 2mal die Woche einen tollen Markt (bis ca. 12:30 Uhr) mit einheimischen Köstlichkeiten, schöne Restaurants, tolle einheimische Bäcker und Fleischer, sowie einen riesigen Kinderspielplatz über 3 Floors... :-) Wir sind immer noch verliebt in das Land und danken Jocelyne und ihre Mama für die wunderbare Zeit. Ferienwohnung wurde schon an 3 befreundete Pärchen weiterempfohlen! ;-)

La propietaria es muy amable y atenta. La casa está cerca del metro así que se puede ir fácilmente al centro de París. La casa está bien acondicionada.

Great stay at a reasonable price

Overall, a great value for money, especially if you need it only to sleep at night while exploring Paris during the day. A 7-minute walk to Metro, and then less than a 20-minute ride to Bastille or less than a 40-minute ride to École Militaire. Yes, it's an older building, so there are some minor smells. Yes, there is a cat that you need to make sure stays inside the yard when you open the street door. Yes, there's no air conditioning and the windows open right onto the street, so there may be some noise. But again, a GREAT option overall. I would definitely stay here again.
