This was a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood was great! It was close to a Metro station and near great restaurants and stores. There were boulangeries and boucheries. The hosts were so kind and helpful with directions from the airport to their flat. I highly recommend this place!

Spacious comfortable Paris apartment

This is a lovely apartment situated in the 13th arrondissement in Paris (rive gauche). The lodgings are spacious and comfortable with ample room in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and washroom areas. The lift works very well and it is a safe and secure building. It is situated near two metro stations and all amenities are in close proximity. Great quality price combination. The hosts are very helpful and kind. We are happy to recommend this unit to future travellers. Merci Céline et Julien!

Perfect location in a nice neighborhood

We had a very good time in Paris, staying at the apartment. The place is small but enough for us (3 adults). It needs some good cleaning though (guest cleaning after staying is not enough). Nice view. Communication was pretty easy with both of the owners.

Awesome flat close to transit

The owners of this flat are very nice, the process of getting the keys was very smooth. They are quick to respond and very reasonable people. The flat is clean, has everything you could need to have a good stay in Paris. I appreciated the decoration and the arrangement of the flat, it looks as nice as the pictures. It was close to transit (bus, metro and RER) and made getting places very easy.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay missing the praise only because wifi network not working properly ( weak). Host super helpful and cooperative. Area very well served by bus (or faster metro) connecting u in half an hour with towncentre Possibility to have apartment cleaned ( with a small money addition) in case u cannot do It yourself. Super recomended

Rugby World Cup 2023

The apartment was perfectly located. Everything we required was within walking distance. Restaurants, patisseries, boucheries, fresh fruit and vegetables, grocery stores, wine, beer, liquor etc. Two metro stations were within easy walking distance. The hosts were very kind to us and the kitchen had all the tools required to cook a meal.

Excellent excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Céline was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions before arrival. Upon arrival her husband met us and let us in to their very clean, and very very cute place. The apartment had everything we needed and there are so many amenities close by, including the bus and metro. We were traveling with our two older girls and found that we all fit comfortably. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and loved the cute little Christmas decorations. Thank you Celine for opening up your place to us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely Appartment

The Location was in a rather Safe Environment (we travelled as three Girls) and it was a small but comfortable appartment. The view from the Window was great (esp. in the early mornings) and important Shops (Lidl, Boulangeries etc.) as well as two metro stations and multiple bus stops were in walking distance. Céline was despite us being late due to complications on our arrival really lovely and a great host. Thank you so much for the great time!

All you need plus a view

We loved this comfy studio with huge windows giving stunning night and early am skies plus varied buildings of 13th arr. Easy walk to Metros amid working day neighborhoods. Contact w host initially a problem because of incorrect phone number was satisfactorily resolved. We would recommend this rental without reservation.

Great experience for the Olympics!

I cannot say enough about how incredible this apartment was for our Olympics visit and how great of hosts Celine & Julien are. Celine communicated with me for over a year since we planned early and often for the Olympics visit. Julien met us in person the day we arrived by train (after Celine gave us clear directions) and showed us around the apartment. We immediately felt welcomed there. It was exactly as advertised and we loved that it was in an area of town that felt more like a neighborhood with shops & restaurants nearby rather than the bustling city center that is a few metro stops away. Speaking of metro- it was easily between two metro stops that made transport accessible without car or taxi. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Super, well appointed apartment- the space is quite small but it has everything you need. It was perfectly clean and tidy for us. We brought extra pillows which we needed. There are a lovely collection of shops around the Olympiad tube station (which is a short walk) - fish monger, butcher, green grocer, epicierie and wine shop. There are a number of alimentation in rue de Patay and a Lidl on the way to the Mitterand Biblioteque. We used Lime bikes throughout our stay. The flat was just under 30 mins cycle from the centre of Paris- both the route along the Seine and through St Germain were lovely. We used the tube on the day it rained and Olypiads was very convenient.

Nice apartment in a not-so-nice location

This is a clean, modern, well-cared for apartment with all modern appliances in a new building with a lift a few minutes from the Olympiades metro. The hosts were welcoming and provided starter supplies (coffee, olive oil, tea, sugar, toiletry). However, it was falsely advertised as a 1-bedroom when it is actually a studio apartment. It is a rather high rent for a studio in this location. I felt misled by the ad as I never rent studios. The internet has a weak signal and there is no fan so it was warm on a hot night. Also, it is on a poor, rundown and noisy street and definitely not in "the heart of Paris" as advertised - unless the heart lies on the border of Chinatown out near the Peripherique in Paris. The heart of Paris, incidentally, is in the 1er-8e arrondissements - St. Germaie-des-Prés, the Pantheon, Pce. St. Michel, Notre Dame, Les Champs Élysées, the Louvre, the Grand Palais, the Opera Garnier, etc. I was also startled to get a note from the owner scolding me, saying she was "disappointed" I did not scrub the floors, vacuum the apartment and do laundry. I took out the trash and cleaned up as best as I could. Having come for work, I was not going to spend hours cleaning the place. I was charged for cleaning though the description did not state this or the amount. I have rented over a dozen times in Paris (one is an 80m2 apartment I rented repeatedly since 2012) and the owners not only included cleaning in the rent, but never wrote nasty notes scolding me! I will definitely not rent this place again given the misleading advertisement, the high rent for this location and after being chastised. I honestly cannot say I loved the experience.

Sehr nette Vermieter die im Haus wohnen. Klasse Kommunikation. Top Lage. Bis zur Metro 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles was man braucht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt Restaurants etc. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Bei der Sauberkeit nicht in die Ecken schauen aber ok. Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten sind mit der Metro in rund einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Außer Disneyland und Versailles. Insgesamt eine Top Empfehlung.

Ausreichend für zwei Personen. Gut gelegen, Supermarkt und preiswerte Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, Metro in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit vor allem in Küche und Bad zu wünschen übrig. Für 60 Euro zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr darf es keine Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger im Zahnputzbecher, Staub am Lüftungsgitter und auf Rohren und Heizung im Bad, einen ekligen Syphon in der Dusche, unappetitliche Ränder und Krümel in der Schublade unter dem Backofen geben. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung seit Monaten nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt wurde.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Hôte disponible et répondant rapidement. Ascenseur fonctionnel et prestation de l'appartement tout à fait adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants. Propre dans l'ensemble mais pas dans les détails. Bonne expérience, je recommande.

Phantastisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das kleine Appartement hat trotz seiner Größe alles was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub in einem lebendigen Viertel braucht. Ein paar Minuten zur Metro sind kein Problem. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr unkompliziert.
