Vous allez adorer la superbe rénovation du niveau principal avec une nouvelle cuisine, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un double four, un granit et une machine à glaçons autonome! Nouveau mobilier, Carrelage salle de bains, 2 salles à manger et bien plus encore! Nous sommes situés dans un très recherchée, une situation par route et de l'eau! Great rental house on the lake!

We stayed at this house for a family get together, it was perfect! Clean, right on the lake and with it's own boat dock. The location is great and the water was clean so it was perfect for swimming. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect location for a family get-away

The property is very nice and represented well in the photos. Everything worked as it should, including the AC. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. I hope we will have a chance to return again next year.

Great location for a family vacation

As other reviews have mentioned Stacey was fantastic to work with. My family had several questions before our stay and she was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 13. Enjoyed fishing with the little ones off the dock. Switches in the rooms were well marked which helped a lot. The ice maker was a great feature. Really enjoyed the location and it was close to a grocery store.

This house was beyond our expectations! Stacey was wonderful to work with, quick to respond to any questions we had. We brought our pontoon with us and the dock system was perfect! We spend many hours enjoying the lake swimming and fishing off the dock. The house was very well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 13. We enjoyed the deck for grilling and outside dining. Our stay was fantastic, and I would book this home again.

Amazing lake house, great dock

Our family stayed for 6 days to celebrate our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Lots of space, plenty of room to spread out, and an amazing dock! We swam a lot off the end of the dock, and the water stairs were great for the kiddos. There is a lot of kitchen equipment, and my brother-in-law was able to feed all 13 of us with crappie and catfish caught directly from the dock, and used a fryer available at the house. We wanted to take the ice maker home with us - it was great! The owner was very quick to respond if there were any questions. The trickiest part is the dirt road down to the house - it’s quite the switchback with a lot of ruts, but once down to the house there’s a ton of parking. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely house with a great dock

Our family of 3 generations really had fun during our week at the Lake. There was plenty of space for relaxing and eating together. Everyone enjoyed the large shaded deck. The dock area was large and a great place to hang out. The kids enjoyed swimming, especially since it was so hot all week. We were disappointed that the ice maker didn't work and that the queen beds weren't that comfortable. The house is in a great location with plenty of parking and close to everything.

13 is our lucky number

13 of us, age 2-65 enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Some limitations on cooling capacity and rules, but it was comfortable. Common area was great, with a few games for the kids, and space for eating together. Kitchen had all the accoutrements. Deck was wonderful, although a bit hot for sitting out until after dark (our temps were high 90's during day). Turning the garage into a game room would add needed common space, and boost this property even more. Plenty of parking, dock space, and swimming opportunities. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Lake of the Ozarks Family Fun

House and grounds were beautiful and 'as advertised.' The dock area was very nice and a lot of room for hanging out and swimming and boating. Plenty of bedrooms and common areas. Wasn't sure about the always open garage but it was great for loading and unloading of cars, with a bonus fridge/freezer as well. Loved the Wet Steps for ease of climbing in and out of the lake. Kitchen was VERY well outfitted with all the pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, etc. that you would need. One minor inconvience was the stand alone ice maker didnt work and the ice maker in the regular freezer seemed to be sporadically working as well. Easily solved by buying bags of ice but still would have been nice to have it working. Luckily the house is in a GREAT location and very close to everything you would need or want to visit at Lake of the Ozarks. The house got a big thumbs up from everyone in our group!

Perfect for a large family retreat!

This property was great for our crew! We didn’t know going in how important it is to have a quiet cove on lake but was an added plus. This was our entire family’s first time to the Ozarks and this property insured that it will not be our last. Also so close to local restaurants and no short supplies of near by activities. This place provided a quiet nook on an active lake!

Beautiful Lakefront Home

This property was perfect for our family of 15 (ranging from 2 - 68)! Beautiful home with plenty of room. Fantastic dock area. All located on a relatively quite cove. Many fun activities are nearby, although you never have to leave.

The Blattner Water Blast

The Area was fantastic, the house rustic looking BUT beautiful within. Rooms were very nice But the mattress were very bad. The dock and amenties were very nice. The area at Mile marker 12 was well liked and close to many attractions and afternoon dining.. I would recommned this home as long as the beds were replace. Everyone had a Great time. One other thing the road to the home was a little ruff but mangeable.

Our 11th Family Vacation

Our 11th vacation at this great property was probably our best. The property is outstanding. Everything that the description says is true +. We liked the very simple instructions on how to use everything. No guessing. Stacy was wonderful to work with. Family summer reunion

Totally loved this vacation! House plenty spacious with 6BR/5BA. Tree shaded deck provided additional outdoor space for family games and eating area. Very well equipped kitchen, had everything needed for meal preparation!! Bathrooms had all amenities included. W/D an added bonus. Best part- the dock!!!- it was a floating play yard. Hiking, golf, food stores and boat rentals close by. Everyone of all ages had a great time.

Fun week!

We were a group of ten (4 adults and 6 tween/teens) looking for some warm weather and water. This rental had a convenient location and is located on the point of a cove off of one of the main fingers off the main body of water. The house was clean, white linens as advertised, and has been recently remodeled nicely, with the exception of the showers on the second floor and some mirror detailing in the master. Each adult couple took a room on the second floor, the two large teenage boys took a room on the third, and the younger four kids split the remaining 2 rooms ( one of first floor one on third). The bunk room is pretty tight for more than two as the bunks are small-more for younger, smaller children. The last bedroom/bathroom is off the kitchen/living area, which is great for early risers! It seemed to be just enough space for our crew! The kitchen was well appointed and had the perk of an ice maker which made cooler packing a breeze, but it is a tight space so really made for one cook in the kitchen! There was another freezer/fridge in the covered parking space which was nice to fill with drinks. Luckily we had quite nice weather and took advantage of the grill and eating on the many different areas available on the porches and dock. The rental has no yard space, but a parking space that comfortably fits 3-4 cars and a two car garage space that is open ( no garage door). It has an upper balcony, lower deck with a hammock, and large dock space:two slips, swimming ladder/deck, shaded space with table. We spent most of the week on the dock and rented a boat for the week days. Because the cove is not a no wake zone as a whole, when busy, it was quite noisy between the boats and the waves and squeaking of the dock. M-TH were pretty quiet though and the water was warm, clean and comfortable to swim and fish in. We had a great time!! My only recommendation would be to bring a large raft/kayak/outdoor games/etc as there is not a lot left for renters to use in the way of entertainment like at other rentals we have stayed at....a few Board games and some noodles/small rafts were the extent of it .Any extras like a floating island/swim mat/kayaks/paddle boards/ cheap fishing poles/ ping pong/pool table would all make great additions to this rental and really set it apart.

Great property for family reunion

We were 8 adults and 10 children so the 6 bedrooms were ideal for us. The home is very well fitted out and well maintained. Great landing stage which was ideal for our 2 pontoons and wave runner. McCoy cove is busy, especially at weekends. Dirt road to the property with a very difficult turn near the end.

Excellent Property!

We had 3 families stay in this house with plenty of room and very modern accommodations. This home provided easy access to the Main Strip at the Dam with grocery stores near by. The most amazing part was the dock. The owner has invested in a large dock that can hold large groups of people for boating and swimming. Large deck space with shade and a grill provided. We were very happy with this home and Thank the owner for allowing us to rent.

Great lakehouse

16 in our family 6 months to 76 yrs old! 5 teens! We enjoyed the house, dock and water! Plenty of room for everyone! Bunk room tight for 4 teenage girls! Kitchen well equipped and easy to use for several cooks! Loved the decor!

Excellent week in the Ozarks

We had a group of 18 family members that booked this beautiful home for a summer family gathering, and we couldn't have been happier. Stacey was immediately responsive to all questions and the house was clean and welcoming. The little details of all bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, trash bags, and many clean towels made this home extra remarkable. We have stayed in many VRBO's and the little extras were greatly appreciated. The dock had two large boat slips and a large swim platform and ladder for the kids to swim from. The house is located in a cove and we had many hours of floating fun without being worried about boats. We caught fish off the dock and we rented PWC's across the cove from Point Randall for the day. The location is ideal and at mile marker 2, just off Horseshoe Bend and close to the strip and downtown. We had a great week and I would recommend this beautiful, spacious home to anyone or groups of families looking for a location to spend quality time together.

Beautiful house and winderful dock area

We had a great week of vacation. There were 8 adults and 7 kids all in the house and we had plenty of room. The amenities were wonderful. The dock was large enough that kids could be playing in the water on one side and people could be fishing on the other without getting in each others way.
