Beautiful town house with pool and terrace in Sa Pobla

This beautiful town house is located in Sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca. The house has been recently renovated and has a special charm, because it retains the style of a typical Mallorcan house but has been decorated with modern touches. It is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday on the island. As far as the exterior is concerned, the property has a swimming pool and a large furnished terrace perfect to relax and enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers.

Sa Pobla is a town with a lot of personality and full of life. In the main square, the nerve center of the town, you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Dine in any of these establishments and taste the typical food of Mallorca is a luxury that you can not miss. In addition, in the same square, every Sunday celebrates the weekly market, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, a wide variety of cheeses and sausages, and handicrafts. During the months of July and January the patronal festivities are celebrated, with a multitude of activities for the whole family and in August we highlight the International Jazz Festival, a must for music lovers.

- We would like to add that the upstairs neighbor has two small dogs that can sometimes bark. If this happens, you can notify us and we will immediately notify the owner. So far it hasn't been a problem.

- Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Witzige Sommerresidenz

Im Sommer ein schönes Feriendomizil mit einem netten Pool und gut nutzbarer Veranda. Die Nachbarschaftsnähe bringt das spanische Dorfleben voll zur Geltung. Wer es wärmer mag, für den ist es im Frühjahr hier zu kalt. Kleine Reparaturen hier und da wären nicht schlecht, insgesamt macht das Objekt aber einen guten Eindruck.

Nette Wohnung mit viel Grafitti. Sehr geräumig. Leider sehr dunkel. Eben eine spanische Wohnung die vor Hitze schützt. Jetzt im Herbst eher kühl und ein bisschen gruftig.

Excellente maison majorquine

Très belle maison de ville, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons eu quelques aléas (frigo hs) qui ont été gérés de façon parfaite par l’agence avec qui nous avons eu d’excellentes relations. Le seul bémol : le manque d’ustensiles de cuisines (couverts notamment), mais sinon c’était un très bon séjour.

Séjour au top !

Séjour très agréable dans le logement ! Nous avons pu trouver un logement propre, avec une piscine très appréciable par les chaleurs de Majorque ! Peu d'activité à Sa Pobla, mais nous avons pu répartir le séjour entre des instants tranquille à la piscine, et plus actifs (rando, restau et bar) grâce à la voiture : toute l'île est à une heure max du logement !

Tolles Stadthaus für Individualisten

Eine großartige Unterkunft! Sehr individuell eingerichtet und voller Kunst. Nichts für Otto-Normal-Touristen, die würden sich in Sa Pobla eh langweilen, da der Ort absolut untouristisch ist. Der Pool ist wunderbar, der Tischtennis-Raum war noch eine zusätzliche Überraschung. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen!
