The best in Cavtat!

The apartment was flawless. Simple, clean and cozy. But what really made a difference is the hospitality of our hosts Ana and Sanja. We felt like staying in a premium hotel but without so many people around. Highly recommend this place and best regards to our wonderful hosts. Flora&Vlado

Wonderful week in Cavtat

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment, situated in a very quiet area. Ana and Sanje are lovely people , and go out of there way to ensure you enjoy your stay, nothing is to much trouble for them. We had a late flight in and Ana was waiting for us with a vey warm welcome, She gave us a quick tour of Cavtat to show us the area has we had not been before, this was really helpful. On arrival at the apartment, we had apple strudel, and delicious cherry liquor waiting for us. Towels were changed regularly, Sanje gave us directions for beautiful walks from the apartment, we had an amazing time. Cavtat is a beautiful place , very relaxing. At the end of our visit, again we had another late flight, and the girls ensured we had a relaxing last day, and we could use the apartment, until it was time to leave and Sanje drove us back to the airport. We were very sad to leave and can’t wait to return. Thankyou so much.

Great apartment, lovely town, wonderful hosts

This is a very large, spotlessly clean one bedroom apartment with more storage than I have found common in most rental properties. Bathroom was similarly large with clothes washer and plenty of storage. WiFi in the apartment worked well. Our hostesses were lovely and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and had coffee and strudel waiting for us. They had lots of good advice as to the best restaurants in town and were always available to answer questions when needed. Cavtat is a lovely little town just up the coast from Dubrovnik. Be sure to go down to the waterfront for the spectacular sunsets and great food. Initially I was hesitant to stay outside of Dubrovnik but this turned out to be ideal as it is much more affordable to stay in Cavtat and you can take a lovely 40 mine ferry ride which drops you off directly In Dubrovnik old town. The only caveat I might offer is it is quite a steep 10 minute walk to the village so if you have any issues with mobility this could be a concern. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this property.

Conoscevo già il senso di ospitalità dei croati ma la simpatia e la premurosa accoglienza di Sanja e Ana hanno superato ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo alloggiato in 3 per una settimana nell'appartamento di 2 camere a piano terra con un vivibilissimo spazio esterno arredato... Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento pulito, bagno nuovo con grande doccia, camere ampie, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, quando non eravamo fuori abbiamo mangiato all'aperto nel terrazzo/giardino. Supermercato a due passi da casa e in dieci minuti si scende in centro e al mare a piedi. Ancora grazie e un grande abbraccio ad Ana e Sanja da M. Grazia, Loredana e Andrea... ❤️

Fabulous short break

Just returned from 4 great days in Cavtat, staying at wonderful accommodation. Ana was waiting at airport for us with a warm welcome. Accommodation was well above expectations and was tentatively looked after each day by Ana and Sanja who made us very welcome. Cold beer in fridge along with fresh orange juice and selection of fruit. This is our second visit to Cavtat so we were familiar with hill down to centre but this wasn’t a problem for us, just a 10min walk. There is a regular bus if you preferred. Supermarket round the corner from apartment with all the essential so no need to carry purchases up the hill. Also has an ATM and there is a local bar/restaurant close by. Cavtat is a beautiful small town, hence the return visit. Airport is 10mins so ideal for our short stay this time. I would highly recommend Cavtat and this accommodation. We hope to return again very soon .

Beautiful apartment

It is a beautiful apartment, very well located close to the seaside. The property owners did everything they could to make our stay in Cavtat really enjoyable. Nothing was too much for them.

Paradise

We had the most amazing, relaxing holiday in Cavtat. Accommodation first class and so comfortable. Ana and Sanja could not have been better hosts; from leaving welcome arrival gifts of chocolate and juice, spending time to answering all our questions and even giving us a lift back to the airport. We can not recommend this accommodation enough and hope to return.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war total sauber und in einer schönen ruhigen Lage. Die Gastgeber könnten garnicht lieber sein und haben uns super empfangen und uns die Stadt erklärt. Ich würde es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen! Super schöner Urlaub und ein Traum von Gastgebern Top!

Holidays in Cavat .

Sanja and Ana met us at the airport, they were perfect hosts for the 7 days that we were in Cavat, leaving chocolates, beer and lovely home made crepes in our apartment. The apartment was lovely and clean and well furnished. When our week was up Ana very kindly drove us to Dubrovnik where we were staying for another 3 days Thank you Wanna and Ana . Margaret and Patsy .

Lovely apartment, lovely people

Sanja and Ana are lovely people and perfect hosts. They met us at the airport and dropped us off for our return flight. We were welcomed with refreshments, beer in the fridge and chocolates. We were given cakes at regular intervals and a bottle of wine. Towels and bedding were changed on a regular basis. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was very clean. Sanja and Ana showed us around the town. There is a spacious patio.

Perfect sojourn in Paradise

My 9-sleeps in beautiful Cavtat were absolutely divine. This little village is so serene and picturesque, with so many delights - walks around the water's edge or up through the little streets. And Anna and Sanja are so very lovely and warmly welcoming, like part of the family - I was so sorry to leave them. Their very lovely traditional house is so very charming, and immaculate, and extremely comfortable and spacious, with every detail attended to, without any clutter. If I lived in Europe, I would be there several times a year. Thank you, Ana and Sanja!!! xxxx

The property was perfect for two people and was spotlessly clean and well presented.

Sanja and Ana are wonderful hosts, both friendly and helpful. Cavtat is a touch of heaven with both the bus and boat available for travel to Dubrovnik. This is a true picture postcard resort with Billionaire's Super yachts in the bay. Walks and restaurants are in abundance. A place not to be missed.

Fantastic

My stay was fantastic. The apartment nice and clean. Ana and Sanja are very accommodating. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. I especially enjoyed the walk down the hill every morning and just walking in town. The ferry ride to Dubrovnik was fantastic. A Wonderful Holiday

This was our first visit to Cavtat and we were not disappointed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and the owners Sanja and Ana went out of their way to ensure we had a good holiday. We were picked up from the airport and on arrival at our apartment we were treated to Ana's delicious apple slice and coffee. There are several walks around the harbour all with magnificent views and many bars and restaurants but at the end of the day it was always good to come back to relax on the balcony of the apartment and watch the world go by. A day trip to Dubrovnik was one of the highlights of our trip and we fully intend to return and explore the surrounding area. Thank you Sanja and Ana for making our stay so comfortable.

Fantastic

What can one say - perfect from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport and taken back on our final day. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Sanja and Ana put in lots of effort to make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. After 10 years of staying throughout Croatia I would rate this apartment in our top 3. Local amenities very close by, bus stop and supermarket. The town is around 10 minutes walk. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable one and we will be back.

Lovely apartment

Ana and Sanja were perfect hosts .The apartment is only 10 minute walk down the hill to the lovely Cavtat. We were collected from and taken to the airport which is only 10 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, clean with everything you need including air conditioning. They made us feel so welcome. Thank you.

Clean, spacious, lovely apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and had a lovely little balcony. Sanja and Ana were wonderful and we knew that we could go to them if we had any issues. We didn't have any problems whatsoever though, and I cannot recommend them and their lovely apartment highly enough. It was less that 5 min walk from the local supermarket, and 10min walk from the main Cavtat centre. Perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Ana and Sanja!

Lovely simple, but homely Appartment

My wife and I were delighted with both the hosts and the apartment from the onset. Ana and Sanja were immediately in touch when we made the booking and arranged to collect us and take us to and from the apartment, despite the airport being so close. They had also stocked up the apartment with some welcome drinks and basic essentials for when we arrived, which was a nice touch. On arrival the first evening, they offered us the opportunity for them to show us around the village of Cavtat (prounounced 'Savtat' for UK People) to familiarise. This was very helpful as we arrived late in the evening and it made our lives so much easier and we were able to arrange to go out for dinner that evening The apartment was spotless and very spacious (more spacious than we actually expected). It was homely and simply furnished - which was what we wanted... a taste of real Croatia. We have given a 5 Star review because of the friendly authenticity of the apartment and the hosts… for those looking for ‘Luxury 5 Star accommodation’ – you are probably looking for something different and in which case you should be booking something astronomically more expensive and you will not find that level of accommodation in Cavtat. This apartment is simple, homely, authentic, spotless and spacious. The accommodation included Digital TV, a full Kitchen, free WiFi and a very adequate bathroom. The double bedroom was large. Ana and Sanja were the perfect hosts throughout and we were really lucky to have 'struck gold' with them. We are both fairly well travelled and wanted a simple, uncomplicated and friendly stay - which is exactly what we got. Having said, that, had we wanted more than this it was clear that Ana and Sanja would have bent over backwards to assist us and remained contactable throughout. The village of Cavtat is a jewel. It is picturesque and was the perfect location (we have not been to the Italian Riviera, but imagine Cavtat to be similar, but less expensive). It is less than 30 minutes by bus or boat to Dubrovnik and we are very confident that we chose the best location to stay, with regards to; our accommodation; our location and our hosts. There is a steep walk (circa 10 minutes downhill into the village and uphill again on the way back so please be aware of this… you can also get a bus if required). We would like to thank Ana and Sanja for a fantastic stay, for their genuine, friendly hospitality and we will definitely be back in the near future.

A very warm friendly and helpful place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. If you don't mind walking 10/15 mins to the sea front and town centre. Good hill coming back but you soon get used to it.

Super Apartment

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 1 week mid June 2014. We had a fabulous time. The apartment is close to the local airport, so no long transfers on arrival, it is a short walk to the Old Town of Cavtat, which is a real gem. It is well located close to the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is an absolute delight. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and extremely clean, with a lovely sunny terrace for breakfasts al fresco. Ana and Sanja (the owners) live upstairs, and are very accommodating, always checking that nothing extra is required. We had the best welcome ever when we arrived after a very early flight from the UK. We had hired a car, but it's not essential as the local bus system is excellent. Would highly recommend this apartment and Dubrovnik.
