Spacious Modern 3 Bed Villa-Fenced Private Pool & Garden-£145 per night

Our beautiful home has established itself as a home away from home for guests who enjoy its quiet location, the privacy of its pool deck and its spaciousness. We offer stays from minimum seven nights to maximum of twenty one.

The villa is located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community and is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa. Highlands Reserve is only 20 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 15-20 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its attractions and restaurants is just 10 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 25 minutes away.

The Villa offers 2400 sq. ft of open plan living area, comprising of:-

* Entrance Hall / Sitting Room
* Formal Dining Room
* Family Room with access to Pool Deck
* Kitchen with Breakfast Nook
* Utility Room with Washer & Dryer
* Master Bedroom (King) with en-suite Bathroom and Study
* 2nd Master Suite (Queen) with en-suite Bathroom and private access to Pool Deck
* Twin Bedded 3rd Bedroom with Bathroom

The home is fully air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. It sleeps up to 6 people and has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style,

Externally
* Private (Caged) Pool Deck- west facing- with fenced in yard offering plenty of privacy and all day long sunshine. Pool heat £35 per day and BBQ/Grille hire £70 per week or part thereof.
* Pool safety guard (removable)
* Illuminated front & rear garden areas
* Home backs onto a nature/conservation area- no rear neighbours!

An £85 exit clean fee is payable on all stays. Late check out- subject to availability and no later than 1pm- can be arranged at £60. If you have any questions at all , please ask.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING- our home is strictly an animal free zone due to severe allergies in our family. For security purposes, our home has a Ring smart doorbell with camera located in the porch which covers the area from the porch to the top of the driveway.

Great place!

We had an amazing stay. Love this area in Davenport FL. Loved the golf courses and so many great places to eat. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need. Beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Pool is beautiful and we added heat during our stay and the temperature of the water was perfect! Highly recommend this rental!

Excellent spot

We have rented properties in the area for years and this home has been our favourite. It is close enough to the parks to get there easily and allows for mid-day breaks. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and everything you may need during your stay is close by. The home is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The pool is perfect for the whole family. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great Stay!

It Really was a great house and the pictures really dont do the house justice. We all agreed it was far nicer. The host was great and replied to everything. We had some wildlife scares but well thats expected when living so close to nature :)

We have stayed in Highland Reserves at various Villas for thew past 20 years. This Villa was by far the best!!Management company so responsive and polite. The house was immaculate. Definitely would stay there again!!!

Another Florida holiday!

Amazing house, one of the best we’ve stayed in. We were surprised to find it had 4 bedrooms rather than the 3 on the description so we had plenty of room. Ideal location, nice & peaceful, well equipped, an ideal home away from home. We would definitely stay here again with the excellent communication from the owner and the management company

Nice house near Orlando with everything you will need for your holydays

We past a week on July in the house of Nina we our 2 kids . Communication was perfect with the Host, the house is in a nice location, clean and large enough for 4 people. I recommand this house if you want to enjoy Orlando, parks and Space coast.

521 was Perfect

Beautifully located in the centre of a golf course and nature reserve. Wild deer seen regularly walking outside the back fence. Villa was overall lovely. Very clean, great location with everything we needed for our stay

Fantastic Home

Everything about this home is fantastic, great communication from the owners and management company. This house is exceptionally clean with lots of modern touches and benefits from being within easy reach of all amenities. Will definitely book again. Ideal family holiday home

Great place to stay - everything you need and more. Communication right from booking through to the welcome pack was excellent. The house is lovely, with lots of space and all fittings and furnishings are a really high standard. The pool area is great - really peaceful and not overlooked. The location is ideal - ten minute drive to local amenities and shops, and about twenty minutes to Disney. Would definitely recommend staying here. Stayed in Florida rentals several times and this was by far the best.

Super holiday

We’ve stayed at Highlands Reserve many times and it never disappoints,properties sitting around a golf course and friendly residents. The villa is lovely,homely,very well kept and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and personal, nothing too much trouble. Hopefully we’ll be back

Highland reserves house

Such a beautiful home in a quiet residence. My kids loved swimming in the pool and the house included all the kitchen items you would need as if you were in your own home. 20 minutes from Disney world as well The owner responded very quickly to email inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great location

This house is just as described. Beautiful area and great location. Close enough to everything but just far enough away to be nice and quiet and relaxing. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but it looked like it had everything you would need. I really liked the way the main bedroom was separated from the others and also having a bathroom lead right out to the pool is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Stunning and relaxing

Beautiful home. Everything and more you could wish for. The pool area is amazing as it is completely fenced. Backing on to the reserve is an added bonus...… lots of birdlife to watch. The home is clean, modern and a real home from home. We have stayed on HR many, many times and love the golf course. The golf course was busier than we had experienced in the past but this was down to another local course having closed and another being renovated. Loved our stay in Nina's home. Thank you Nina!

Wonderful Villa in a beautiful community

From start to finish Nina your holiday home did not disappoint! It was immaculately presented with beautiful interiors. Your home was very clean and the space was invaluable to us. Our children loved that they had their 'own' pool which again was very clean. Nina was a pleasure to deal with during the run up to our holiday, nothing was every an issue. Amazing Villa - highly recommended

If you are weighing up which Villa to pick from a shortlist in this location. Just pick this one! We had a great stay at the Villa, everything was clean and newly appointed (some villas we have stayed at have dated furniture and fittings - not this one). Huge master bedroom with walk in bathroom and closet space. Other bedrooms are ample size too. The pool area was great and secluded with fenced privacy around the pool. Communication and information from the owners beforehand was great, very responsive to questions asked. Thanks Nina and Jon for a great stay!

Great Home Away From Home!

We stayed one week and it was wonderful. The pool is perfect day or night, as long as you use the pool net to keep it clean. Although the microwave didn’t work, we used the oven in its place. Loved the privacy fence around the backyard and the security system. Loved the layout of the house, but our preteen was alone on the other side of the house, so it was super comforting to know the alarm system would alert us if even a window or door was open. Beautiful neighborhood and not far from shops and restaurants! Can’t avoid the traffic to and from Orlando so pack patience! Overall, 5 star stay!

As explained before your arrival, an out of stock part has caused a delay in its repair but I appreciate your understanding. I was glad you took full advantage of the alarm system's functions- it is ideal when someone chooses to use the second master suite over the nearer twin bedroom. Fanstatic villa and very helpful owner & manager

A lovely villa with more than ample space and great amenities within the quiet surroundings of Highlands Reserve. Both the owner and property manager were really helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Some of the good points: - Villa big enough to easily fit 2 families (photos don't do it justice) and kids loved the child friendly pool - Publix supermarket only 4 mins drive away - Villa has all the amenities a family needs (laundry room, safe, towels provided, usable garage, nice sunloungers), lovely master bedroom. - Although it is not a gated complex it felt very quiet and safe. - Easy access to US 27 and Interstate 4, with Championsgate approx 10min drive away. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and happily stay here again.

My family and I live down on the south coast of England just on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex . We are a very active family and enjoy spending time with friends and family, sport and travelling.

My husband and I are busy professionals and own an independent IT Recruitment business based near Brighton.

We have traditionally spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in the USA enjoying the lovely winter sunshine and climate.

Due to work, school and family commitments however, we are unable to spend as much time over in our beautiful home as we would like and therefore wish to share it with guests who we feel will afford it the same level of care as we do. Hearing that guests love our home as much as we do and how they had a great stay is the best part of hosting!

As a family we have spent the last thirteen years holidaying in Davenport and have truly fallen in love with the Floridian lifestyle and everything that the county of Polk and beyond has to offer.

So, when an opportunity came along to own our very own dream home with plenty of room for our family and in one of the nicest locations we'd found, we absolutely leapt at the chance!

We love the privacy and views that we get by backing onto a beautiful natural conservation area. We also have a fully fenced in back yard that surrounds the caged pool & sun deck area and a large open garden with wonderful palm and fruit trees.
