You are very welcome to our fabulous villa located near Champions Gate and Reunion. We are15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, 50 minutes from Busch Gardens and many world class golf courses in a well established quiet backwater Community. In close proximity to Highway 27 and Highway 4 it is an ideal base to take advantage of all that Florida has to offer.

The large south facing pool deck with spa overlooking a conservation area frequented by many birds, racoons and squirrels is an idillic place to unwind and relax after a busy day at the parks. Whatever your preference, the large dining area, sun loungers and a separate seating area make it possible for all the family to enjoy this outdoor space to the full. Be it swimming , relaxing in the spa, reading or listening to music, or having diner with friends and family. Everyone without doubt will be able to make the most of their leisure time taking advantage of Florida's glorious weather.

The kitchen is equipped with good quality units, fittings and granite worktops. It has a large fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All that you might need for your stay.

Equipment Hire:

BBQ Hire Includes 20LB Propane Gas: From $120 USD per week (pricing is based on grill size)

We are able to offer a wide range of additional equipment items for hire such as;

Pack & Play, Recline High Chair, Single Strollers, Double Strollers, Xbox Hire, Fishing Rods, Bikes etc- there is a very long list – If you can’t find it just ask and we will try to help!

All the above items will include delivery and pickup. We ask for advance notice so we can coordinate deliveries, however if things change and a guest decides they need to hire a particular item of equipment, we can arrange a same day delivery, but if after 2pm an additional fee of $50 is applicable.

Christmas Trees:
7ft and 9ft Green Christmas trees available – pre-lit, delivered and decorated prices are from $200 per week.

*Please note that pool heating will be charged separately @ ($35) per day. A management call out fee of ($50) will be applicable if pool heating is required to be turned on or off mid vacation. The spa cannot be heated separately.
