Our home has 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bath, Large Kitchen with 48” Viking stove and griddle, Dining area, Large Den w/ Gorgeous Stone Fire Place, Parlor with a Piano & 5 porches! The first floor and basement have 10' ceilings and the 2nd floor has 9' ceilings.

We moved to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and built this home to raise our children. We designed it so that all of our family and friends could come and visit any time and stay with us.

It's such a peaceful, private place to take in the beautiful scenery and spend time with your family & friends. The spacious living areas give you space to gather all together or find a quiet room to read a book and relax. The outdoors come to life here while walking down the country road behind our home along the Shenandoah River or the country road in front of our home viewing the mountains and pastures. You can relax by the pool and hot tub or sit out on one of our 5 porches/decks. Wherever you sit or look there is an abundance of beauty. We love to watch the moon come over the mountains or the sun set behind them. Every day is a different picture to see - the foliage in the fall, the clouds against the mountains, the stars like you've never seen them before but best of all the laughter and joy when family and friends are gathered!

Anyone who visits or stays can't wait to come back. We have been told it's like a slice of heaven, a retreat, a place you never want to leave.

Family JMU Reunion

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Everyone had their own room and privacy. The kitchen and views of the mountains were amazing. I hope that we will be able to get the family together again to enjoy this home.

Spacious home, amazing setting

  • 5 of 5

We loved this house and, more than that, we loved the property and views from every window. Our group included six adults and ten children between ages 4-12. The kids were in the pool and hot tub all day. Parents enjoyed the porches and spectacular scenery. Location is great also for trips into the mountains or to Massanutten. Kitchen and common areas were great, especially for our large group. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful house, amazing location!

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our family which included 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 8. More than enough room for all of us. Awesome views! The kids loved checking on the cattle and horses every morning, and having the pool was a great plus! A wonderful home! Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Great place for the extended family

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful, big house with great basement space for kids and an attic as well. The boardrooms were big with enough bathrooms to take care of 17 of us. The views in the valley were spectacular no matter where you looked. The pool and the hot tub were a HUGE hit with the kids (and the adults too!).

They were great hosts providing information on things to do in the area and responding promptly to our questions. You will love this place.

Perfect getaway

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect meeting place for our big family who live in a few different states. It was everything we hoped it would be. The house has a wonderful layout that works well with a lot of people and the view of the mountains is unbelievably beautiful. The pool and hot tub were the perfect addition. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. We were sad to leave but we look forward to returning again in the future.

Lovely home in a beautiful spot. Lots of room inside and out. Would recommend replacing the tattered American flag and cleaning the windows. (don't want to miss the amazing views) Deb, the property manager is helpful and the yard and pool are maintained beautifully. Sorry to see the price increase. Hoping to return again with our kids and grand-kids as we have fallen in love with this home. Thank you!
