Appartement avec 1 chambre, terrasse sud, Ă  Almerimar juste entre la Marina et le Golf & Spa Resort.
Nouvel appartement Au 3Ăšme Ă©tage avec vue sur la mer et la marina.
La terrasse exposĂ©e au sud de 35 mÂČ est principalement dĂ©couverte et idĂ©ale pour bronzer toute la journĂ©e.
La terrasse est en partie couverte pour profiter du temps de qualité ombragé, assis, prendre le petit déjeuner, déjeuners, apéritifs ou dßners.
L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation, wifi, TV satellite, siÚges de salon, nouvelle cuisine, lave-vaisselle, ...). La salle de bain comprend une baignoire avec douche.
Une chambre spacieuse avec des espaces de rangement et un lit de 160x200, avec une porte-fenĂȘtre sur la terrasse et une vue romantique sur la marina et la mer.
L'appartement est plus que confortable pour 2 personnes, mais un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 personnes.
 
Il est situé dans le complexe moderne Portofino avec piscine privée de 23 x 10 m, ascenseurs, parking intérieur.

El apartamento nos ha resultado muy cómodo y amplio. Nos hemos alojado una pareja y dos niñas y hemos estado muy a gusto. La piscina muy buena opción para cuando el día no pide playa y la zona en general es tranquila y con servicios.

Mooi appartement met zicht op de haven.

Leuk appartement met groot terras met zicht op de haven.Zeer gerieflijk ingericht!Gezien dit pal in het centrum ligt hadden we wel wat last van nachtlawaai en van de vuilniswagens die elke morgen de containers kwamen ledigen.

Excellent stay the apartment was perfectly situated to the harbour and beach with lots of different restaurants, cafes and bars to chose from all within walking distance and a supermarket on the corner.The apartment itself was a home from home with everything you could need with a super balcony overlooking the harbour would recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Tolles Appartement mit sonniger Terrasse und schönem Ausblick

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist fĂŒr den Ort perfekt, da man fußlĂ€ufig alle wichtigen Dinge erreichen kann (Marina, Restaurants, Supermarkt und wenn man möchte sogar den Golfplatz). Alles war sehr sauber und das Appartement ist , anders als viele andere in Spanien, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder!

Wieder sehr zufrieden

Ich war jetzt ein zweites Mal in der schönen Wohnung mit warmer Sonnenterrasse.Alles ist gut und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine inklusive, und das WLAN leistungsfĂ€hig und stabil.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich neben an, wunderbar sonnige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer.Wie erwĂ€hnt war ich schon einmal dort und wĂŒrde immer wieder kommen. Empfehlenswert.

Excellent stay

Great location in Almerimar and exactly what we were looking for after a 10 day tour around Andalucía. Restful and relaxing in a well laid out property with an ideal balcony/terrace. Plenty of bars/restaurants to choose from and a well stocked supermarket just around the corner. We’ll certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Just beautiful!

We have stayed in several apartments in Almerimar over the years, but this one was by far the best! Furnished to a very high standard, it was exceptionally clean. The apartment had all the amenities you could wish for, including a huge partially shaded terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor. Highly recommended!!

Very nice and clean apartment

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful sunny apartment. It is exactly as described. The nice host was always available, but everything was so good arranged, that no questions had to be asked. WiFi, TV, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, everything was provided. Mercadona and other stores near by, as the beaches. Especially the sunny and quiet terrace was beautiful. I will miss the view from the bedroom to the harbour and would definitely book again.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Almerimar. Das Apartment hĂ€lt was es verspricht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war zentral und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Yachthafen ist traumhaft. Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin und das Einchecken mit Susan waren unkompliziert. Uns wurde angeboten jederzeit bei Fragen auf Susan zuzukommen. Ein entspannter Urlaub! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank!

appartement propre, fonctionnel terrasse mi ombragé mi soleil. Cuisine trÚs bien équipée, chambre spacieuse ,salon et salle a mangée idem . salle d'eau et wc trÚs propre. les + de cette location : la climatisation (en journée 35 °et 30° la nuit en exterieur).celle ci est la bienvenue. le parking en sous sol . Plage a 5 minutes , bars et restaurants 2 minutes. trés bon sejour dans cette location agreable .

Super appartement met mooi uitzicht

Het appartement ligt dicht bij de jachthavens en strand Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn veel handdoeken aanwezig en zelfs twee strandstoeltjes. We misten echt niets zelfs in de keuken de beschikking over een staafmixer We konden gebruik maken van de grillplaat op het terras. Van dat terras hebben we het meedt genoten, echt een fantastische terras. Altijd een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw. Als tripje kunnen we de de woestijn bij Tabernas aanbevelen Prima begeleid door gids en voor heel mooi landschap

A super apartment with a lovely big balcony overlooking the marina. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. A great location to enjoy the town with its many bars and restaurants and the beach too. Would love to return!

If only all rentals were like this!

Think Katrine should give lessons on how to prepare a holiday home for letting. And Susan should on how to keep things in great condition and spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment was perfect, all matching crockery and cutlery (very unusual) all the furniture is of a good quality and even wooden coat hangers -why don't other owners 'get it'. The apartment is in a great position with views over the marina with a huge balcony, shame that BBQs are not allowed by the building - although someone nearby had one often. The inside is very big, more so than the photos make it look. The underground carpark was a must as very little available on street parking, a good size Mercadona just a couple of minutes walk away. The only downsides, nothing that Katrine could do anything about were that there was serious (noisy) building work on the ground floor making it impossible to sit outside some days and the people upstairs were very noisy and let a dog bark for hours. The work should end soon and maybe the neighbours were just visiting, hope so as the apartment is lovely.

Very stylish apartment with fantastic balcony

We loved this beautiful apartment! Tastefully presented with top quality fixtures and fittings. Everything provided including good quality cutlery/crockery and pans (which is quite rare in our experience!!) The balcony is fabulous with lovely views of the harbour and plenty of room to accommodate those wanting sun or shade. Lovely comfy sun loungers provided of course. Being English and not speaking very much Spanish plus being vegetarians, Almeria isn't really the place for us and I doubt that we will return.

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr schöne saubere und hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die große Terrasse zur SĂŒdseite hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin hat perfekt und unkompliziert geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
