Excellent week in Graćia!

Excellent location in Graćia and just a very short walk into Eixample. Easy walking access to coffee shops, tapas restaurants, and neighborhood squares. Ground floor apartment was well furnished, safe and comfortable. We’d book it again.

What a wonderful find. The apartment was close to shopping, great dining options available, close to taxi service, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment came with all the necessities and amenities to make us feel welcome. Would definitely be back!

Well thought out apartment

Great location. Good communication with host company. Had everything we needed for our stay including a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Living area could be somewhat noisy in the evening but the bedroom was quieter. Thanks to Peter for being very helpful in his orientation.

Cute little place to base all Barcelona activities from. Easy check in as office is right next door to flat. We did run out of toilet paper during the weekend (!), and never got a response from the office. Other than one small thing, would recommend!

Great location!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was so central, within walking distance of all major attractions and services, including metro stations. The apartment was spacious and generally comfortable. My comments for improvement would be #1 - the bed! I found the mattress to be VERY uncomfortable - it could definitely use a mattress pad for extra cushioning. Especially for tourists who are sore and tired from walking all day! The apartment could also use a drying rack for clothing. I would stay at this building again - the property manager was very communicative and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. There was minimal noise from the street despite the apartment being on the main floor. The most noise came from the building next door. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place in a good location. Our host Daniel was excellent. Helpful getting us in and showing the place. And also emailed a long detailed list when we asked for food recommendations.Only negative is that street noise can be heard and can get loud. We were on first floor.

Great location. It is walkable to major spots. We walked to Park Guell, La Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter and even down to the beach from our Airbnb. Not a short walk but walkable. Loved that this Airbnb was in the middle of these major spots. Great restaurants nearby, and you have shopping right down the street. You have everything you need for a short or long stay.It is on the ground floor and sometimes it is loud. You can hear people talk or when they walk by or cars drive by outside even when windows are closed. That was my only issue. If the noise won’t bother you much, I would say this was a good stay.

This apartment was in a very safe and centrally located part of Barcelona. Such a beautiful and clean space where we had plenty of room for 3 adults. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Loved it!

We had a great stay at Seneca Red. The apartment was clean and conveniently located to the Metro and central Barcelona. It is adjacent to the rental office, so we were able to leave bags before check-in and get in early. A very comfortable flat. A little bit of street noise for the pullout sofa room, but easily drowned out by the air conditioner. Would recommend and stay again.

Quiet and Centrally Located

My husband and I spent 3 days in Barcelona and had a lovely time! German, the property manager, was easy to work with and communicate with. The property was as advertised, clean, and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. In the evenings it was quiet and we didn't have any issues. Barcelona is a beautiful city and we can't wait to visit again!
