Fully renovated bungalow with all amenities with a private garden of 27m2 in a quiet community and parking always available and free on the street, just a quiet walk from the beach of Maspalomas (2 km) consists of bedroom with bathroom, living room and kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as if you were at home, a terrace with hammocks to relax and sunbathe, we have the golf course just a few meters and a small supermarket nearby to buy what is necessary.
The bungalow has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, grill, iron and ironing board, micro-oven, oven, electric coffee-maker, blender, hairdryer, everything to make you feel at home.
Beach and pool towels are supplied
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

enjoyable

we were there over christmas and new year 4 weeks.being disabled i was able to to access the bungalow from the car park with my stroller.everthing you needed was there.right by the pool,i was able to use my firestick on tv with the wifi with no problem.very quiet complex. i would stay again but it is booked at our times .thank=you dory for our stay

Wir waren im November 2023 dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war in Ordnung der Bungalow ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch Dory war super, Sie war immer erreichbar. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Top ausgestattet Appartment in ruhiger Anlage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Bungalow ist super ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und vieles mehr. Die Anlage ist ideal gelegen und ist super ruhig und schön angelegt. Dory war super nett, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall. Vielen.Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Sehr gut erholt nach Hause

Sehr gut erholt sind wir (mein Ehemann und ich) nach 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Bungalow, der alles hat was man benötigt, wieder nach Hause geflogen. Der wichtigste Ort, um sich gut erholen zu können, die Betten, waren für uns perfekt. Auch der Pool war einfach fantastisch. Genau die richtige Temperatur und so groß, dass man gut hin- und her schwimmen konnte. Auch saßen wir fast jeden Abend draußen und haben die Abende genossen. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass das Internet nicht überall, zum Beispiel im Schlafzimmer perfekt war. Dory selber ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war immer sehr freundlich. Auch wenn man eine Frage hatte, gab es innerhalb kurzer Zeit über WhatsApp eine Antwort. Nur 160 m von der Anlage entfernt gibt es einen HiperDino. Und nur ein paar Meter weiter waren wir öfters beim Broncemar 2 Steakhaus essen, wo wir immer zufrieden waren. Nochmals vielen Dank an Dory, für diese schöne Unterkunft. Edeltraud und Peter
