Beautiful apartment in a great location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment over New Year's week. The location was fantastic - very short walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Just far enough from a lot of the night life - short walk, but quiet and clean neighborhood. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The complex was pretty small, which was great - very nice pool and garden areas. The hosts were fantastic from check-in and making sure we were in need of nothing during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this to our family and friends.

Smaller than we expected

The second bedroom is very small, barely larger than the bunk beds. The bathroom also doesn’t have a proper door, so not much privacy. Those were the major issues for us. The pool is nice, the location is right on the boardwalk. The small space is used well. We stayed here for a week, but we wouldn’t come back

Fantastic apartment in perfect location

This apartment fulfilled all of our requirements! Nathalie’s apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows provided. There is a wardrobe to put away clothes. We did not use the small bedroom with bunkbeds. There is a safe in the bedroom (the smaller black one) which was ideal for locking up the passports, money and valuables. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything that you might need. A bonus is a Bosch washing machine in the kitchen which we used twice so no need to bring lots of clothes. The apartment comes with a rack to dry your clothes. The apartment is bright with a glassed in patio (effectively an extra room) where we had all of our meals. The apartment comes with air-conditioning which we used for a few minutes each day to cool down the apartment in the evening. There is a large, modern 1080P television in the living room. In short, the apartment is clean and comfortable for a fabulous vacation. Our hostess Nathalie responded promptly with any questions that we had. Thank you Nathalie!

Lovely small flat near the Beach

This small flat is well located: you can get to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants by feet in less than 5 minutes. It is equipped with all you need and is very clean. Also the residential area is high class with a nice pool, parking lots and well handled garden all around it. Though it is very close to the centre it is calm and cozy. On top of that the owner is very kind, helpful and is available all the time when needed. All in all we can really suggest this apartment for young couples (totally forgotten: it's gayfriendly!!!) and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Great 1 bedroom apartment in a central location for beach

The apartment is perfect for us as a couple with all the equipment required for day to day living. It is situated in a well maintained complex in a good location with direct access via private gate onto the promenade walkway. There is easy access to the beach and many restaurants. It is 5-10 minute walk to the bus station and although we only used it once it seems a good service and staff helpful. We felt very safe in the area and would certainly book again. The owner was easily contactable and provided any information required as did Luis the concierge.

Magnifica urbanizacion y apartamento precioso.

La urbanización y la situacion son inmejorables, en pleno paseo maritimo. A pesar del desnivel del paseo a la playa, a 20 metros de la piscina de la urbanización hay un ascensor en dicho paseo que te deja directamente a la playa. La urbanización es preciosa, tranquilisima, silenciosa, muy cuidada y acogedora, nada que ver con el bullicio y la fealdad de la mayoría de los enormes edificios que la rodean. La ubicación inmejorable, con supermercados y farmacias al lado, y a un paseo de a quince minutos andando de la zona de las dunas, que son impresionantes!!!. La calle trasera de la urbanizacion no tiene zona azul y es tranquila porque la calle acaba a pocos metros. Toda la urbanización es muy segura. El apartamento de Lili es como se ve en las fotos, encantador, acogedor y muy limpio, la cama comodisima, con un sofá cama supercomodo, una televisión de gran tamaño, wifi, secador de pelo, plancha, lavadora..., está situado en lado contrario de la piscina por lo que el porche es muy intimo, los quince dias de julio que estuvimos tuvimos la piscina practicamente para nosotros. Lili es una anfitriona magnifica, nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones para disfrutar de la isla, y Luis, el encargado de la urbanizacion, que la tiene cuidadisima, siempre servicial para lo que necesitasemos. Recorrimos toda la zona sur de la Isla, y esta uerbanizacion es, con diferencia, la mejor situada. Si volvemos la isla tengo claro que repetimos aqui. GRACIAS Lili !!!!

Perfect location in a modern and beautiful ground floor apartment

Perfect location right next to the Paseo Costa Canaria in a quiet an peaceful area. Bright, clean and modern furnished apartment in ground floor with patio that has sun almost all day. Free WiFi. Very easy to have a good contact with the owners who also own several apartments in the property. There is already soap, detergent, etc in the apartment so you don´t have to bring or buy that. Free parking on the street outside but it is often busy. Paid parking on the streets next is easier to find. Thanks Lili, Jean and Frédéric for letting us rent the apartment. We will come back again.
