Sehr schöne Villa im lokalen süd portugiesischem Stil. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen entspannenden Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist eigentlich zu groß für zwei Personen aber lieber mehr Platz als zu wenig. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sie war pünktlich wie ausgemacht zum Check in vor Ort und hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Sie war jederzeit während des Aufenthaltes für uns erreichbar was aber gar nicht notwendig war weil alles perfekt funktioniert hat.Gerne würden wir nochmals kommen.

A beautiful villa in a great location. Very clean and well equipped. Rooms are all en-suite and an added bonus was the option to heat the pool. Hard to fault. There are a couple of minor issues. Two bathrooms were a little drainy and the downstairs bedroom could do with some better bedside cabinets but overall a great villa.

Es ist eine super schöne Villa, mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Tolle Lage, Strandnähe, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch geblieben. Mit der Vermietung hat alles prima und unkompliziert funktioniert. Gerne kommen wir nochmal hierher. Vielen Dank!

Very Hot in Sesmarias

We arrived at the start of the heatwave to 39 degrees! The lovely pool and air conditioned villa were a godsend for the first few days. Communication with Susana was excellent. We had a small issue with an en-suite sink and this was sorted out immediately. The villa was beautiful and clean. The area was lovely with some very nice local restaurants. I can recommend Por do Sol, Belllo Piatto, Curry Kingdom and O’ Amigo, all within an 8 minute walk of the villa. We used Uber to visit the marina and to the local supermarket - Apollonia. This has everything you need including fresh fish, meat and bakery counters. A tiny local shop is within a 5 minute walk from the villa for those first day provisions. A visitors information book would be a good addition to the villa with instructions on using the tv, washing machine, hob etc. Overall we had a fantastic 10 days.

Beautiful Villa, beautiful location!

Susana was wonderful! She quickly answered any questions we may have had. Her communication was excellent. Villa is in a great location and just beautiful. There are many beaches and great waterfront restaurants within walking distance. It was a great place that we would highly recommend

Perfection in the Algarve

Susana was an exceptional host! Everything we needed was provided for and any issues were dealt with immediately. Aldeia Cristina is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in, close to great restaurants and fabulous beaches, many within walking distance. How nice to find a house that lives up to all expectations. Thank you, Susana.

Perfect Place To Stay

Beautiful villa which was ultra clean. Updated bathrooms and large spacious rooms. Easily accommodated our party of 5 adults and a baby. Susana is a fantastic host who is always friendly and approachable. You will not be disappointed to stay here.

Lovely Villa

Villa very clean and perfect location. Lovely pool but a little cold so would definitely choose a heated pool next time. One issue whilst our stay, downstairs bedroom bathroom drains - smelt very bad. Raised issue a couple of times but not sorted - shame!

Lovely villa in beautiful Algarve

A lovely villa in a quiet location in beautiful Algarve. Short walk to amenities and beach. Host was extremely helpful prior to our stay and met us at the start of our holiday to check in, explained everything fully and kept in touch during the week. The villa itself is very large and comes with everything you need, the pool is amazing! Short drive to Albufeira to the marina, old town if you want something livelier. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Excellent villa

Villa had everything we needed , excellent start up pack to get us going, very clean and has all the facilities that make it a very comfortable place to be . We love Sesmarias and this villa is ideally located in the village. We were there for 7 days, cleaners came mid way through to refresh and pool man came twice. Very good highly recommended

Sejour magnifique

Susana est vraiment adorable et a l ecoute et disponible pour ses hôtes, un énorme merci a elle. La maison est splendide, le seul bemol le bruit de la route derriere, il serait judicieux de penser a mettre du double vitrage pour attenuer le bruit et le vent qui passe sous la fenêtre de la chambre fu haut. Nous avons apprecier les travaux pour les salles de bain de l etage, les photos du site ne sont pas actualisés les sdb sont refaites a neuf. La region est magnifique, sortie en bateau pour les grottes, randonnées des 7 vallees, le marché de loulé....la vieille ville. Sejour inoubliable.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Alles, was man benötigt war vorhanden. Highlight für die Kinder war die Tischtennisplatte. Das TV hat einen Chromecast. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles schnell erreichbar.

You won’t be disappointed

Owner greeted us, gave us a tour, explained operation of everything, provided essentials to get us through our late day arrival…along with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Couldn’t have asked for more! Owner was just a text or phone call away. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay

We had a very nice 10 day stay at the property. Susana was very nice and a huge plus was that we did not have to go shopping on the first day: We not only had a fruit basket but also everything you needed for breakfast on the next day - bread, butter ham, cheese, milk, cornflakes etc.The house was very well equipped - enough soap, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper etc. After half of our stay someone came to clean the house and change towels and blankets (would have been nice though to have an earlier heads up on this and the pool boy‘s visit ;-)). Pool area was great and we really enjoyed our time there! Only little point to improve: The pool table has seen better days and should be exchanged for a new one. It obviously got wet in the past and it‘s not possible to properly play. The road behind the house is rather busy on weekdays. As we live next to a field at home without any thru-traffic, we found it a bit noisy the first nights but this might just be us as we are not used to it. Some very nice restaurants are in walking distance - Jompra was particularly great. We also liked Por O Sol. O Amigo has nice food but not good value for money. Don’t go there if you are very hungry. Albufeira Old Town is a 6 Euro Uber ride away.

Late summer sunshine

Stayed in this lovely property for a week with 5 adults. Plenty of space around the accommodation for us all in a great location. We enjoyed a week here being able to make our own food including a bbq. The Villa has a second fridge which we used solely for drinks throughout the stay which was extremely useful. We walked to Castelo beach from the accommodation, made use of Scoobys just down the road and also the local shop which also has an ATM. We got an Uber to Aldi to do our main shop and then grabbed a few extras from Spar which we walked to and got an Uber back. The pool was plenty big enough for the 4 of us that used it. Albeit a little chilly, this was to be expected for the time of the year. There are numerous pool floats and a bat and ball set which were very good entertainment. Unfortunately, the pool table did not live up to expectations. One of the reasons for choosing this property was that it had the pool table where others did not but this let it down for us when we uncovered it to find that the white ball rolled all around the table when put down in one spot. The wood is rotten and the table itself bowed. This was a shame for us as it would have been some fun entertainment. We encountered an issue with the bathroom which Susana got the maintenance team to look at for us the next day. Susana was very helpful if and when messaged. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the area and property.

A Time

Great location , facilities were exactly what we hoped for, three couples enjoyed their own space as well as the common areas. Would absolutely rebook. Fabulous restaurants in 10 min walking .
