Extremely stocked with everything you would need. Kitchen, bedrooms,bathrooms, bikes,fishing poles,beach stuff. Best stocked house we’ve rented yet in Marco.

The kitchen had everything. Also, we did grill. The pool area was spacious. The pool was freezing cold. The owner was very responsive and tried to warm it up...no luck while we were there. The dock on the canal was amazing!! We saw lots of fish, stingrays, and a couple dolphins. Great location on the island. 20 minute walk to the gorgeous beach!

Great property for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. It was big with plenty of room for our family, and close to everything. The pool was fantastic, and the owner provided lots of amenities - bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. We loved it!

Amazing vacation

This was the best vrbo we have ever stayed at... something for everyone and a short bike ride to the stores or beach! Kids loved waking up to swimming and we were visited by a dolphin one morning! Even the beds were super comfortable!!! We will be coming back!

We loved our stay and wish it could have been four times as long! There's so much to do and we really only scratched the surface on the Paradise Coast. The house is beautiful and cozy. It was even better than the photos. There were so many places to relax. The front porch is very nice for a sit and to read. The lanai being screened in is ideal for hanging out day and night. The pool was heaven! The dock was lovely as well and the sunsetting in the area each evening is beautiful even right there from the bridge on Seas Ct. We enjoyed watching the pelicans diving for fish in the canal! The central location of the house was great for beach visits, runs to the many grocery stores on the island and the Farmers Market on Wednesday's is a must visit. We are Catholic and found the local parish not only beautiful but incredibly inviting! Get to Mass early because while the parking lots are enormous, they fill up quickly. We loved our trip to Marco Island but also the proximity to Everglades City and Naples. Get out to see some gators! Don't miss the stroll on Big Cypress Bend Boardwalk - just phenomenal and another place with a gorgeous sunset! Lucky to have been there during stone crab season and found a fabulous place on the water for dinner there after the boardwalk. Naples Botanical Gardens was another highlight of our trip. Yet even the small things like heading over to Goodland to find a great fish market felt special. Don is an amazing host - super nice & with a super house!

A Very Nice House

We loved the pool. We were in it often. We found the property manager to be very prompt, very attentive, very focused on his desire to provide an excellent experience for his guests, very honest. This was our fifth stay in Marco, so you can tell that we love the area. Our visitors - first family & then long-time friends - all really enjoyed the property.

As Described, well equipped for a family stay

Pool was great, kitchen well equipped, easy access to get around. Boat lift not yet functional which would have made loading and unloading the boat much easier. Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay in Marco.

Very nice property with a heated pool and new dock. The property has 3 bathrooms but one is located bewteen the kitchen and garage. It is loacted on San Marco Drive which is a main traffic route.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay last week in Marco Island. The property and the home was spectacular. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We had the convenience of using bicycles, beach, chairs, and even coolers. The pool was very nice and we were minutes from the beach. We would definitely stay here again thanks so much Don and Joan for sharing your home with us.

Winter getaway!

We loved staying on Marco Island and our host was wonderful! The house is lovely and comfortable! We loved the heated pool and canal views! Not a problem for us but of note the house looks quite different from the Vrbo listing… different furniture and has been extensively decorated. This didn’t bother us but was surprising when compared to the listing. We had a great trip and would highly recommend this place!!!

Spring Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Marco island and our VRBO. The house had everything we needed. It was a short drive to the beach and was convenient to the grocery store and local restaurants. The owners were very cordial and responsive to any communication. Would definitely go back! Would also recommend the area for families and couples. Would recommend the guided tour Paddle Marco for outdoor enthusiasts and Pinchers for dinner.

Fantastic 2 week stay

My husband, myself and our 2 kids stayed here for 2 weeks in October and had a wonderful time!! Jeff and Joan were fantastic hosts and were very easy to work with. We loved being on the canal and watching the tide go in and out. It rained a few days when we were there but we found plenty to do inside, including reading the books and doing puzzles. We cooked most meals in the home and enjoyed the stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this home!

The owners have thought of every last detail with this vacation property. Started our days with coffee in the beautiful and warm pool, then walked Marco Island Beaches with the rest of the day sightseeing or just relaxing. Canal view is just beautiful! Owners respond immediately; this is a very best buy in Marco Island ! All of the frills without all the bills !

Perfect place for us

Although rented on Marco many times, I had never rented a house. It was a great experience! The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us and we enjoyed the outside area immensely. Pool was lovely as was the view and we really enjoyed the privacy! The owner was very accommodating and was very quick to respond to any questions. Great week!

Perfect family getaway

We just finished up a wonderful stay at Joan and Jeff's house. While the weather wasn't too cooperative, the house made our stay in Marco super comfortable. The house comes fully stocked with everything you will need. From the beach cart, towels and chairs to several flat-screen TVs and every kitchen gadget you will need, the house has it all. Joan and Jeff were absolutely delightful to deal with and their main concern is that you have a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this house and owners to all future Marco travelers.

Amazing Getaway

My husband and I spent the month of January at this lovely home. It was a wonderful experience! The house is located within walking distance of the public entrance to the beach and within biking distance of the Wednesday Farmer's Market on the Island. It is also within walking distance of the public library and the Marco Island Historical Museum. In addition, we were able to enjoy four outings to the Everglades and Big Cypress National Preserve, which took under an hour's drive. The house itself had everything we could have hoped for and more. The kitchen was outfitted with a wide variety of appliances and every kitchen utensil imaginable. The floor plan was ideal for our circumstances and when our two daughters, their spouses and our 18 month old granddaughter visited, we had more than adequate room. We can't speak highly enough of Don, our host, who promptly answered our questions and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We are planning a return trip in 2025.

Magnificent Stay!

It will be difficult not to gush so I'm not even going to try. From the start, Joan was so easy to work with and simply a kind person. When we arrived to the house, it did not disappoint. My girls immediately jumped into the sparkling pool as we got settled and played for literally hours. Took a break, and hopped in again as we watched the clouds turn pink and orange over the bay. Later, we turned off all the pool lights, lounged on the floats and gazed up at the stars through the lanai. It was magical. Throughout our stay, everything we needed was at hand. I cooked nearly every meal and felt right at home. We enjoyed multiple breakfasts and dinners on the outdoor dining table while watching pelicans soar and dive into the bay. The decor was lovely, beds were comfy and I loved the double headed shower in the master bath. Hitting the beach was a breeze with pool towels, chairs and even an umbrella provided. The only difficult part of our journey was leaving! Hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Quirky Charm and Waterfront Wonders

So, we booked a week at this property, and let me tell you, it was an adventure of its own! Here's the scoop: First off, the good stuff - this place is decked out! I'm talking kitchen gadgets galore, shelves packed with beach reads, and enough beach toys and fishing gear to rival a tackle shop. Plus, it's a stone's throw from both the grocery store and the beach - nice! And let's talk location - it's like having your own little slice of paradise right on the water, complete with a boat dock. Fish from your backyard? Yes, please! Now, onto the not-so-great bits. We're all for rustic charm, but this place needed a little love. The pool deck was peeling like a banana, the bathroom's popcorn ceiling was staging a great escape, and let's just say we got a little too familiar with our mop during daily bathroom floor cleaning sessions. We did give the owner a heads-up, and they promised to spruce things up ASAP. Still, for the cleaning fee we shelled out, we were hoping for a bit more sparkle. But hey, all in all, it was a memorable stay.
