Welcome guests to the "Worthington House" ! This pristine waterfront home has been re-done throughout! Located just 1 mile from the Winterberry public beach access, this is a perfect location; close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities one would need!

This home has spared no expenses… quality finishes and inviting designer furniture throughout, flat screen TV in the living room and flat-screen TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large kitchen with center island, all modern stainless appliances, beautifully decorated bedrooms, most notably the master with a premium king mattress, walk-in shower.

This home makes sure your relaxation in paradise is on an entirely new level! Spacious eastern facing screened-in lanai pool area with tropical foliage surrounding, creating a super private outdoor oasis…complete with an relaxing tiki sitting area by the dock, dining set and of course comfortable chaise lounges…it just doesn’t get much better!

Recently installed panoramic lanai cage for those unobstructed views. New solar pool heater to keep that setup for year round swimming.

Kayaks provided in the garage as well as bicycles for guests to use while here.

Everything included for your very short trip to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler and 4 bikes to ride to the beach or tour the island.

Brand new windows, roof, ac, ducting, ceiling fans.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

***Cameras present at the house but only used when house is empty. They are disabled when occupied.

***Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $100 per week, $150 per 2 weeks, $200 per 3 weeks and $300 per month & thereafter.

Enjoyed our week stay

We absolutely loved most everything about our stay. The pool was amazing, location was great, neighbors very friendly. The main bathroom shower needs attention. The house overall was great.

Fun family trip

We had a great time over April vacation. House is near beach and shops. The pool is clean and warm. The back deck was great to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner on.

Marco Island Vacation

We spent a couple weeks in this beautifully remodeled house. We enjoyed the outside area, including the pool and kayaks. The house was located an easy drive to the beaches or the downtown.

A great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed for 2 weeks at this property and had a great time. The property is in a good location and the outdoor space is excellent. Generally the property is well presented but there are a few areas which are in need of a refresh - the second bedroom has no bedside units for example and the BBQ was out of gas meaning it couldn't be used, also there were no codes provided for the bike locks which was annoying as it meant we couldn't leave them at the beach access.Communication with the agents was straightforward and all that was needed.Overall a great vacation.

Everything we wanted!

The house totally exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well-stocked, and provided everything we needed for a fun, sun-filled trip. The host was very accessible and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend to others! If you’re on the fence, book this house! We truly appreciate everything and look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful Vrbo

This home was a great place for my husband, my daughter and her husband and her two children ages 3 & 5 and myself. The kids enjoyed the pool from morning till night and it was very warm even though the mornings were chilly. It is a very short walk to a great park and we could even walk to the beach but most of the time drove there so the kids could rest on the way back. The neighbor was very friendly, the views of the canal were petty and we even tried the kayaks for a few hours. This house seemed very spacious and open and we made most of all our meals in the house. We used the very large capacity water/dryer many times to clean our beach towels. Some of the bikes had flat tires that would keep air but we did have two of the adult bikes we were able to use to explore the area. Over all we would stay here again without any hesitation.

Perfect getaway home

The kitchen is well stocked, every room just felt like home. Our two favorites are the huge lanai and large pool, plus our evenings on the dock under the tiki hut. We leveraged the bikes (there are 2 adult and 3 child) and the wagon/chairs to go to the beach. Having Mackle Park so close is a real gem. Walking, biking, playground and splash pad all a few steps away. We cannot say enough about Harborview Rental. Their response to a few issues was incredibly swift and resolved within 24 hours. A great location, quiet and low traffic.

Great location and house

Overall, we had a great stay. We booked the house based on the location and amenities. When we arrived we learned that the 4 bikes listed were not 4 adults bikes by any means. There was one, fairly old adults size bike, a pre-teen bike, and two young children’s bikes. Honestly, the bike part of the listing sold us on this house so we were extremely disappointed. If you’re not planning on riding bikes, this is your place to stay though! Also, if the pool feels cool, reach out to the company, they forgot to start to heat it before we got there but then made it right and it was so refreshing. The interior and exterior are gorgeous as well. Overall, we would stay there again but make reservations for bikes that we can actually ride!

Some simple improvements could make this space amazing. We loved how quiet it was & area location.

We loved the covered lanai and pool, and the nice shade and breeze that the tiki hut on the dock provided. The house was well furnished and equipped. The property is a little too far for a walk to the beach, but there is a wagon and bikes to help get you there. We loved driving to Tiger Tail beach and the adventure walking across the bay to get to the beach! (We carried the beach chairs and toys provided from the house). The grill was perfect for dinner in and our favorite restaurants were Speakeasy and Snook Inn, and Doreen’s for brunch! We loved the property and had a wonderful time!

Hardware and pharmacy stores within 1 mile as well.The only item of consideration would be to add a little more seating to the living room. We would highly recommend this property and the rental agency.

The house was in a convenient spot to get to beach, grocery store, restaurants and a beautiful park. The pool was gorgeous and there were so many pool accessories to enjoy as well. Bikes were in excellent shape, the kayaks were great with their own lift to get in and out of water easy. The two large tables for six were perfect for eating in doors or out and for playing games and actives with the family, Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Guest bedroom a bit cramped and gusset bathroom needs updating. But it provided wonderful memories for our family.

This house was perfect, updated, and came with bikes/ all the beach needs. The pool is also beautiful and clean. Even though it was the 2 of us you could have easily hosted 6 people comfortably. We will be renting this property again and be back with our baby!
