バスルームとシャワー付きの2つのバスルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、洗濯機、食器洗い機、エアコン、暖炉とあらゆる快適さを備えています。
屋根裏部屋は、ショップから、バー、レストラン、市内バス、パレルモの中心まで、MONDELLOの広場やビーチから500m（10分）に位置しています。
屋内と屋外の大きなスペースを備えています。 宿泊施設は大型テラスで楽しい空間を見つける子供たちに大変歓迎されます。

Good location. We even mastered the buses although car might be easier! The host is super helpful. The 360 terrace is fantastic. Great views and always some shade.

Francesco is a very good host, always helpful to make your stay feeling really like home. The house is wonderful, big and quiet situated. 10 minutes to the beach by feet. The roof garden is really amazing. Such a great place with views to the sea and the mountains. Thanks a lot Francesco for a nice week in beautiful Mondello!

Lovely stay in Mondello!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a very comfortable, clean, lovely apartment with beautiful views. It is conveniently located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and beaches. Francesco was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place, and would love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was a delight to stay at. It's all about the amazing terrace. The views are phenomenal. It's walking distance to Mondello beach, but we went to Isola de Femmine often. Only 15 minute drive and way more relaxing. Great restaurants in walking distance. Francesco is a great host. Friendly and amiable!

Confortable house with a lovely terrace

We stayed at Francesco’s in August/ September with a family of 5, including one infant. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and the terrace offers plenty of room and a very nice view. The neighbourhood is quiet, residential - perfect as we were looking for a quiet place. Short distance to the beach , 7-8 min walking where you can also find a supermarket, a fish market, a butcher, fruits and vegetables shops, gelaterias and plenty of restaurants. Francesco is indeed a very good host, he organised the transfers from and to the airport and was always very responsive. We recommend his appartement if you are visiting Mondello.

Unique: wonderful location, kind and friendly host.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The apartment is in a quiet area a few minutes walk from all amenities. It is better equipped than our own home. The views, from sunrise to sunset never cease to amaze. They cover 360 degrees. We expected to share the roof with apartments below; but it is all your own. The kitchen is spectacular, the rooms large with comfy beds and if needed good A/C. Most crucial to the accommodation is the proprietor Francesco. He went out of his way to help us. When the WiFi failed he contacted Vodaphone over a weekend and on the Monday morning technicians came and repaired it for us. We felt very lucky to live in his house for our holiday and hope to return soon

Una sistemazione comoda e spaziosa vicino alla spiaggia, alla piazza di Mondello e all'autobus per Palermo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e prenderemmo in considerazione di ritornare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni prolungati (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, ecc.).

Wunderbar

Die Lage des Appartements ist zentral und ruhig. Alles ist, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Die Terrasse führt komplett um das Haus herum und ist riesig mit einem tollen Blick in die Berge und über die Dächer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Standmixer. Francesco ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und herzlicher Vermieter und gut erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, den Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafés. Unser einziges "Problem" war, dass 10 Tage zu wenig waren ;-). Danke Francesco für die schöne Zeit in deinem Appartement! Maria & Beate

Vacanza ottima proprietario gentilissimo . La casa comoda con un grande terrazzo è molto silenziosa. A 7 minuti dal mare e vicino alla fermata dell’autobus per Palermo .

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Es hat uns sehr gut bei Francesco gefallen. Zum Selbstkochen ist die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet, inklusiver moderner Spülmaschine! Zwei Bäder, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine zu haben, war für unseren einwöchigen Urlaub auch nicht schlecht. Zu Beginn und am Ende wurden wir auch sehr freundlich empfangen bzw. verabschiedet.

Wir haben die Wohnung kurzfristig gebucht, die Kommunikation mit Francesco war schnell und zuverlässig, er ist ein toller, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der auch Extrawünsche erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, weniger als 10 Min zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Mondello und zum Strand, sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen Dingen ausgestattet, und sie ist heller und geräumiger, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Das Highlight ist aber natürlich die riesige Terrasse mit Blick über Mondello... Absolut zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht

Der Vermieter ist ein Schatz, die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand weg und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick au fden Berg und über die Bergkuppen. Empfehlenswert.

Una terrazza sulla Siclia

Ho soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento a Mondello per una settimana con la mia famiglia e mi sono trovato benissimo. Spazioso , pulito , ventilato , attrezzato di tutto e vicinissimo al mare e a panifici , pasticcerie , ristoranti e supermercati. Non manca nulla per una vacanza da sogno! Il punto di forza e' sicuramente l'immensa terrazza che circonda completamente l'appartamento ideale per fare colazione la mattina o per una pizza la sera. Ringrazio di cuore il proprietario Francesco che si e' dimostrato una persona davvero gentile e disponibile fin dal primo giorno. Grazie Francesco!

Meravigliosa vista dal terrazzo

Abbiamo affittato la casa ad inizio settembre! Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in ogni cosa, casa molto ben arredata con tutto l'occorrente, molto grande e vicina al mare. Si trova anche vicino ad un supermercato e ad un terminal del bus che ti permette di conoscere Palermo, se lo desideri. La casa si trova su di un terrazzo perciò é molto ventilata, non é stato necessario praticamente l'uso del ventilatore, e la cosa più bella é il fatto che si gode di una vista meravigliosa delle montagne che circondano Mondello, soprattutto di notte quando tutto si illumina. Davvero raccomandabile se si desidera trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e con comodità a Mondello.

Fantastic location!! Great town!!!

I recently stayed here with my wife, 3 children and my parents. The location is fantastic, positioned on a quiet street only a 7 minute walk to the beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants (including Trattoria Da Piero, one of the best restaurants we ate in in Sicily). Modello beach was my favourite beach in Sicily, with crystal clear warm water, especially the eastern side of the beach. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside the property. There is a huge, private, wrap around terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the mountains, which was lovely in the evening with a refreshing cocktail. The owner Francesco was very friendly and went out of his make to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He always answers your calls, should you need to contact him, and he speaks good English. There was air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms which was nice when you go to bed, although you didn't need to use them during the day as you can open the doors and windows and you get a very refreshing through-draft. There are 2 bathrooms which is great for larger groups. Mondello is a beautiful, safe, lively town which is great for families or couples. A small quibble. The apartment was listed as 3 bedrooms, it has 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. You can comfortably fit 7 people but 2 of them will be in the living room. There was a slight issue with the electrics, if you want to use the air con, you have to unplug the water heater as these appliances use a lot of power. If you have all of them on at the same time the electric will cut off. Then you have to go to the ground floor and swich the circuit breaker back on, which only takes a minute. The water heater is on the terrace, Francesco will explain all of this to you. Please note; when you unplug the water heater you will still have hot water for around 24 hours. Somehow it heats the water and keeps it hot, so you can have the aircon on and still have hot showers. We kept the water heater plugged in during the day then unplugged it when we got back from the beach and we were never without hot water. Although the property had this slight issue, I would definitly stay here again and would recommend it to any family or large group. The issues it had were reflected in the price, you will not find a peoperty this size in this location for that price.
