OUR PRICE IS ONLY £57.00 FOR ONE NIGHT ( MIN 3 NIGHTS )
Close to Snowdonia national park ( beautiful outstanding scenery on your doorstep )

Ideal for walking fishing white water rafting wind surfing sailing cycling mountain biking etc etc,

Lots of nice walks, Including the Queen Victoria walk along the river bank

and our disused railway track walk,

ONLY A FEW MINUTES WALK FROM RIVER DEE,

IDEAL FOR FISHING HOLIDAY OR A NICE ROMANTIC WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRY,

Our Local inn (The Bryntirion ) is only 1 minute walk from end of drive,

good food is served daily at the inn

We are a Dog friendly accommodation , (well behaved cat friendly dogs only), ( max 2 dogs )(SORRY NO PUPPIES )

dog bowls included, (but you will require your own dog bedding)

All our guest's bedding and towels are included ,

micro wave, tv, toaster, dvd player, 3 bedrooms,
Bedroom one, small double bed,
Bedroom two, two caravan sized single beds,
Bedroom three, two caravan sized single beds, but can be converted to a small double


Here we have a nice tidy Caravan on the edge of our farm ,

we have an Outside table and chairs for sunny days

The Caravan is nestled away on the edge of the farm yard amongst trees .
lots of parking space for cars boats bikes etc,

Our caravan will accommodate up to 6 people in the bedrooms,

our rates are £57.00 EACH night, we DO NOT inflate our prices at school holiday or bank holiday times

We do list this as not suitable for young children as we have a pound in the grounds, but have lots of families come to stay and return again and again,

Lovely Cosy Caravan

My husband and i had a lovely few days days here, the caravan had everything we needed and was a great base for walking. Walking by the river and the old railway were a highlight. The pub just up the road had a great friendly atmosphere. Our hosts Bernie and Yan were also very welcoming. We will certainly return! Thanks for having us, Michelle & Pete

The only thing there were not enough clothes hangers but everything else was okay good location scenery around the area was spectacular would go again.

A quiet weekend away

A weekend away in a quaint caravan. A lovely location near fields and fresh air. A few cobwebs were found along with cat scratches, but other than that, lovely.

Thank you or your kind review , I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us, sorry about the cat scratches, being pet friendly we have had a few pet mishaps during the times we have rented out the caravan, the cat scratches are one of the things difficult to put right, You were our first guest since the lockdown , but normally I manage to clear the cobwebs, and thought I had on this occasion, living in the country , you do wonder if the spiders work overtime , as you can clear them one day and they are there again the next, many thanks, Yan.

Lovely stay

I stayed here with my girlfriend and one of our friends over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Yan and her partner were very welcoming - milk in the fridge on arrival as well as a cupboard stocked with tea bags. Yan even brought us a cupcake tray (delicious!) - we were very surprised and thought this was a lovely gesture. This makes an ideal base for anyone wanting to enjoy Snowdonia (we hiked up Snowdon). I would definitely stay again and would also recommend a visit to the pub just a stones throw away from the farm (Bryntirion Inn).

I like Chinese plays, and enjoy real life movies, I am a very traditional Chinese person, having guests in our cottage and caravan is so good, I meet so many nice people and hear so much about life in other countries and the UK,

my tidy clean caravan is in an unusual location, on what was the original home farm for Pale Hall, It is very fairly priced for the amount of accommodation and includes all heating electricity hotwater and gas, the location has lots of character, plus lots of buildings in various guises, so many of our previous guests have returned again and again, and so many have said the place has a charm all it's own, so if you want a place with a character all of it's own, you may just love it here, the caravan it self has been well cared for, and we do offer it at such a good price inclusive of all bedding, towels, gas and electric, and we offer a minimum of 3 nights booking with out inflating our prices, a great place to stay if you are into walking, rafting kayaking fishing etc perfect if you love the outdoors,
