DREAM COTTAGE er et dejligt splinternyt byhus ideelt beliggende i hjertet af East London med let adgang til byen og andre historiske steder i London
Der er også en enorm fælles terrasse, hvor du kan nyde Londons skyline samt adgang til fælles haver. Der er 3 soveværelser, alle med ekstremt komfortable senge. Det store soveværelse, der er ENSUITE, har en luksuriøs madras og kvalitets Sengetøj leveres. Alle tre soveværelser har enten hængende eller hylder plads til dit tøj. En barneseng er også tilgængelig.

Badeværelset er rummeligt med gulvvarme, et badekar, brusekabine og håndvask samt noget hyldeplads i skabet. Vi leverer også masser af luksushåndklæder. Vi tilbyder gratis WIFI
Lejligheden ligger i zone 2 med adskillige tube (DLR) stationer kun 5 minutters gang væk, der er også adskillige busser, der også kan tage dig til alle steder. Vores lokale område er en attraktion i sig selv med Broadway Market, EXCEL Exhibition Centre, Olympic Park, Geffrye Museum, fashion hub og andre historiske og attraktive steder i London

I modsætning til mange andre ferieboliger inkluderer vi alt i prisen; skatter, opvarmning, vand, elektricitet, wifi, brug af fællesarealer og endda parkeringstilladelser til parkering på gaden. Mit sted er en 3 minutters gang til Canning Town metrostation, Custom House, Nisa lokale supermarked, Custom House DLR Station og Excel Exhibition Center. Du vil elske mit sted på grund af lyset, den behagelige seng, køkkenet, de høje lofter og den hygge. Mit sted er godt for par, solo-eventyrere, forretningsrejsende, familier (med børn) og store grupper.

Wouldn't stay here....

Property was run down. Didn't have enough towels. Shower on top floor (4th floor) was broken. Shower on 3rd floor wouldn't drain. Lights didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Place was not clean. No mention that it was four stories.

Excellent location

The proximity to the tube station and market makes this an excellent place to stay.

Convenient Location with Tube only a few Meters Away

The flat was very clean and quite spacious and check-in was relatively easy with Matthew meeting us at the entrance to the building. It was a very convenient location as the Canning Town tube stop was right around the corner. We didn't spend much time in the flat but it was quite easy to get back and forth into London with the Jubilee and DLR lines offering easy access to most sites. The flat is similar to traditional row houses in that it has 4 stories so there's a good deal of climbing stairs. I thought it was quaint but could be a challenge for anyone with disabilities. The furnishings were sparse but pretty comfortable and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. It was also nice to have a grocery store right in the building so it was easy to stock up and necessities. I'd definitely rent here again the next time I'm in London.

Great location but very dirty and unhealthy carpet

The property is right across Canning Town London Underground Tube station and grocery stores. It is very convenient whether traveling alone or as a family. The listing however never mentioned that it is 4 levels. Each room is in a different level. Tons of stairs to climb consistantly. Worst of all, the carpet had not been cleaned in ages and extremely dirty. We couldn't breath breathe properly. We were sneezing constantly. The kitchen was old and appliances dirty with mold all over. The bedrooms had no curtains and only vertical blinds that did not cover the light. We never slept comfortably and were always disturbed by the light coming through the windows. Kitchen utensils and pots were cracked and looked donated. They all mismatched . The towels were very old and thin.

Very clean and comfortable London Apartment. Ideal for family or a large group

Matthew's 3-bed townhouse is well appointed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleanliness, space and convenient transport links are the most important factors to us when we are visiting London. This apartment scored 10/10 in all 3 areas. It is in a private estate located across the road from Canning Town station, where you can use either the Jubilee line or the DLR to get everywhere. The convenient location of the tube ensured that our travels around London were always a breeze! Also note that the Apartment is only 2 train stops away from the Westfield Shopping Mall Stratford. And if going to the west end, it's a straightforward journey on the Jubilee line to Bond Street. The apartment was quiet, warm and cozy. The bed linens were immaculate and fresh. There were enough towels for a family of 5. There was also lots of room for everyone, which in my opinion is a rare privilege in London! Our younger kids had plenty of play time around the house without disturbing the rest of us. There is a big playground for the family right on our doorstep, although we could not enjoy this facility due to the cold weather. Our host, Mr Matthew was very kind and considerate. He had provided a welcome pack of essential toiletries. This turned out to be quite useful as we arrived at night and I was not looking forward to going out immediately to shop for items like tissue paper etc. He also patiently walked us through the neighbourhood so we could easily move around later. The appliances were adequate. In addition to the sizable TV in the lounge, there was also a TV in the master bedroom. We could catch up on news and events without encroaching on kids' play time. Everything worked well in the apartment and we didn't have any cause to call Mr Matthew during our 10 day stay. In conclusion, if you are travelling as a family or a medium sized/large group, do not waste your time searching and looking through hundreds of options online; go ahead and book this one! We are already looking forward to our next stay. 😁

Great location for sightseeing!

Modern property which comfortably accommodated 6 adults.Only 5 minutes walk from Canning Town tube and DLR, and a similar distance to local shops. Matthew was a welcoming host who took the time to explain the access arrangements of this gated development, and even walked us to the shops because there is currently some roadwork on the way. We all enjoyed our stay in this townhouse.

Clean and spacious, good location on tube line

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew's flat. We spent our time at the London attractions for the week, so we only needed a place we could sleep. For a few days it was really hot and it was difficult to sleep as the bedrooms are on the top two floors- there are 4 floors- so a fan would have been good. We thought there was air conditioning but there wasn't. We had to keep the windows open at night which can get loud at night due to traffic from the highway, but we were so tired from all our site seeing that we just crashed. Matthew was very helpful if we needed anything. Nice, quiet (if the windows are shut :) neighborhood.
