On the third floor, find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring rain showers and Molton Brown amenities. The second floor hosts another double bedroom with an adjacent shower room.
All bedrooms boast Vispring mattresses, memory foam toppers, Egyptian cotton bedding, smart TVs, and dual-layer roller blinds for perfect lighting control.
The living room is a tech lover's dream: a 70-inch 4K Sony TV, Sky Q, Apple TV, and Dolby Atmos sound. The open-plan kitchen and dining area serve as the home's hub, complete with a large oak table, iMac workspace, and high-end appliances like a Smeg range cooker and Miele espresso machine.
Step out onto the roof terrace from the third floor for a BBQ on a Firemagic grill, relax by the fire pit, or lounge on the outdoor sofa. Mood lighting and a heat dome ensure year-round comfort.

Location was very convenient near Kings Cross station but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was a quiet residential area. David was very responsive to our questions and was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage after a very long flight.

Wonderful stay
Our stay in David's flat was amazing. Great communication and flexibility from David and the flat couldn't have been better. Large indoor and outdoor space and exactly like the pictures. My kids were ready to move there! We will definitely return here on our next trip to London.

Beautiful apartment
Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay- this would be especially a great place for someone bunking in London a bit longer. Also comes with a great manual for both the house and recos for the neighborhood which are much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely in London
Great stay in nice flat. It was clean, David was responsive, had every amenity that is said plus a very informative book with everything you need to know about the flat, area and London. It also was very safe with great security. I would highly recommend.

Lovely London Flat
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful flat in London. Spacious, inviting - it is easy to get to and ready for your London adventures! Plenty of space, with 3 bedrooms, and a huge kitchen, not to mention the comfy living room - this place is a gem! The owner, David, was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is just so fabulous with an amazing roof terrace, beautiful big rooms and so close to King’s Cross! David was amazing for contact and made everything so easy for us I couldn’t recommend more!

Great flat, great location
Check in was easy and David was super responsive and helpful. Flat is great and great posters all around. Location is about a twenty minute walk to Camden and half that by bus. The pub in walking distance was awesome and the food was delicious. David put together a great guide to all the nearby things we could visit.

I have to say the apartment did not disappoint.
The contact from David and all his information in book provided was helpful and gave relevant information .
That apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed and more.
I would recommend staying here and was 5 star
