Casa Alfarrobeira is a newly built end of terrace house that has been furnished and decorated in 2016.

With interiors and exteriors designed for comfort we welcome you to our home, which boasts an amazing roof terrace with exceptional views of the hillside in the horizon.

The house will be especially suited to couples and families looking for a tranquil residential base from which to explore the Algarve.

The house comprises a large comfortably furnished open plan lounge/dining room complete with Satellite TV with Portuguese and English language channels, dining set.

There is a twin basement bedroom and 2 first floor bedrooms (1 Kingsize and 1 twin), both with balconies. There is also 1 fold-up bed which would suit minors.

On the roof there is a sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers and a barbecue.

A well equipped kitchen and WC on the ground floor and modern first floor bathroom with full sized bath with shower complete the house.

With the Sheraton Algarve just around the corner the location of Casa Alfarrobeira is prime. It serves Praia do barranco, one of the 10 best beaches in Europe (Telegraph newspaper, December 2015).

Albufeira is the hub of holidays in the Algarve, and due to its close proximity to Casa Alfarrobeira, visitors have everything necessary for a fabulous holiday within easy reach. The beaches are a 15 minute stroll and the nightlife of Albufeira a 5-10 minute cab ride.

The localities of Roje-pe, Acoteias and Olhos d' Agua offer many traditional restaurants and bars, supermarkets and shops. All are within walking distance.

Summer days in Algarve

The experience has been perfect from many points of view. Easy communication with Pat, the owner of the house. The rooftop bbq area is a big plus. Well equipped and super clean. Good location.

Fantastic family sized house

We had a 10 day stay here and really enjoyed every minute. The house is larger than it looks in the pictures and there was lots of space for my husband and I and our 3 teenage girls. The kitchen was really well equipped and it was great having barbecues on the roof. Good location for the local area, it's about a 10 minute walk to 2 good beaches and all the restaurants and bars. It's also a good location for exploring the wider area if you have a car. The only downside was the road noise at night, it didn't keep us awake but it was audible in the house.

Wir haben 5 Nächte in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, alles was man im Haushalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster und Tageslicht aber ansonsten alles im gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen.
