The 100 sq m apartment is located in a 19th century building on the first floor with lift, has been completely renovated and is very bright.

Check-in can be agreed according to customer needs, however it is set for 1.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00 am. We will be at your disposal during your stay.
The district:
The house is located in the central Prati district, 300 meters from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'angelo, and the famous Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de fiori and Piazza del Popolo are within walking distance. Not far from the house there is a beautiful cycle path, which leads to the Ponte della Musica, and to the already known Auditorium and Maxxi.
Very close to the metro station, buses and taxis. One step away from the famous Via Cola di Rienzo for shopping and 10 minutes on foot to get to the well-known Via Condotti and di Spagna.
Nearby is also the famous Olympic Stadium where football and rugby matches and occasionally music concerts are held.
Possibility to rent scooters and bicycles.

Close to everything and 2 great restaurants downstairs. It suited our needs as à pied à terre as we did not wish to spend time cooking. We were 5 adults on this trip

Wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as listed, and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Eight minutes walk from bus stop, 11 minutes walk from metro stop. The restaurant next door, which we tried at the property manager's recommendation, was so good we at there twice. Lots of good dining options close by. Highly recommend.

We were fortunate to have had this property recommended to us. The reviews from previous guests made this property an obvious choice. The proximity to the Vatican and sights to see in this section of Rome were strategic to our visit. This was a beautiful apartment and the Sc was a plus. Quite clean and well-appointed. Had just a little trouble with checking in (we were a bit later than specified and no one was there to meet us), but it was no big deal because there was a great restaurant next door where we had lunch while we waited to reconnect.

Return to Rome

Perfect location and arrangement for our family’s return trip to Rome. So convenient to The Vatican and within a 30 minute walk to all of the sights. We found a market one block away to purchase what we needed to prepare breakfast. A lively cafe just below the apartment for evening cocktails.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (ages 18-60). The neighborhood was beautiful with lots of great places to eat nearby. It was a short walk to the metro and the Vatican as well as an easy (though longer) walk to the other side of the Tiber. We also heard the noise from the restaurant but it was very muffled with the windows closed. Also, I understand what the other reviewer said about the chairs scraping the floor in the apartment above. Fortunately it was seldom and only lasted for a few minutes each time. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for visiting my daughter studying abroad and staying in Prati about a 10 minute walkfrom her apartment. Many restaurants, cafe and bakery’s in the area. Metro station nearby for our trip to the Colosseum. Short uber to Trevi Fountain and shopping.

Beautiful apartment for perfect Rome visit

Loved the location and the space was perfect for our family of four adults. The lift made it possible for our daughter to get about in her wheelchair with only a few steps at the entrance. Excellent host

The apartment was exactly as listed. The host responded to all inquiries within minutes. We arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned but we were given the key right away and we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city. At our request the host set up a transfer to the airport for the day we left. The driver was very professional and helpful. Great stay overall.
