We had a wonderful time at the apartment and staying here brings you luck :) The host and the contact person on location are very nice and helpful. The location is great with train and bus very close by. The beach is great and you find everything you need within close range. The view from the breakfast table is so beautiful and we enjoyed a lot to take a little break from the cinema marathon at the swimming pool in the garden. I hope to return for Festival de Cannes or vacation and can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location with wonderful views

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive to Cannes port, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, right next to the beach.

Great Appartment

The apartment is perfect to pass a great holiday in Cannes. It is very near to the beach, well equipped for 4 persons and very clean, We stayed two weeks and will come defintely again. You have a great view to the sea side from the appartment. We can highly recommend the place.

Convenient and clean

We had a great experience staying at the property. It’s close to the beach and shops. We worked while on vacation and the internet connection was amazing. Will is the best host, and managed and answered all of our requests right away. We highly recommend the property and will be definitely visiting back.

Great spot

2 minutes from a beautiful beach with a floating raft. Will was very responsive. Very clean, underground parking, access to all the great towns of the French Riviera. Would love to come back.

Great Value FLat

Really nice quiet flat, 30mins walk from centre of Cannes. Shame about train strikes as Cannes Le Bocca station is 5 mins walk. Great sea views, and can't fault the place

Very clean, great location, easy walk to Cannes down waterfront, great bakery five minute walk, bocci ball on facility, pool for those not wanting to walk 3 minutes to beach, all positive, slight electrical issue with panel breakers! Highly recommended!

HIDDEN GEM

This property was amazing!! The views are amazing, the beach access is very easy to get to. And the pool in the evenings was our favorite family time. We found an octopus right in the little cove as you walk out from the under pass. It was awesome!! Our family will definitely be coming back to this rental in the future.

Short but sweet

Lovely short break in Cannes. Excellent communication by Will and Sylvie. The pool and fab garden saved me from the heat, spent a day swimming and reading (under the trees). Caught bus into Cannes for a shopping day. Thoroughly recommend local restaurant Le Triskell 😋 x

Peaceful apartment with easy access to the high-life of Cannes!

We booked the apartment at short notice and Will (the owner) and Jean Marc (local apartment manager) could not have been more helpful/accommodating. The apartment is ca. 10mins by car (with normal traffic) from the centre of Cannes and there are many easy options to get to and from the city centre (Uber, taxi, several buses etc.). Access to the apartment grounds is via a security gate, to which you receive an entry key on check-in. There is an underground garage which is a big plus in Cannes. The apartment itself has everything you need and is extremely well presented (I believe it must have been updated very recently). We did not spend much time in the apartment, but all amenities are there to make it a very comfortable stay (TV, kitchen, air conditioning etc.). There is also a nice communal pool outside and although we didn't have the chance to try it, it looked extremely inviting! You also have great views of the mediterranean - nice to wake up to! The fact that the apartment is a 10min drive from the city centre is a good thing - at least in my opinion! You can easily enjoy the excitement that Cannes has to offer, but get away from it to some peace and quiet when you have had enough. Overall, a great experience and it comes recommended. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön geschnitten. Alles sehr sauber. Lediglich kleinere Defekte (Türschnapper Toilette, tropfende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer). Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Sylvie, konnten uns gut verständigem trotz nur französisch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Der Blick jederzeit auf das Meer ist toll, der Weg zum Strand auch nur 2-3 Minuten. Vorher oder nachher kurz im Pool noch schwimmen - super. Fussläufig sind auch Bäcker und Markt erreichbar; der Bahnhof vor der Tür ist gut, um in die anderen Städte (Nizza, Monaco) zu fahren.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
