We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it’s a positive sun trap. The deck on the other side of the property kept us cool after and the view from the top deck was amazing. The location to Gros Islet was great too. Theresa was simply amazing and made us all feel so comfortable. Thank you for looking after us.

Amazing location, close to many restaurants, grocery and marina. Stan and Theresa were outstanding hosts, so helpful and lovely. The pool area was so peaceful and relaxing to come to after a day exploring the island. Definitely recommend to stay here and would come back again anytime.

Wonderful accommodation

Everyone had their own personal space with 4 bedrooms and communal area was spacious. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

Quick stay

Property was beautiful and the hosts were very nice. Property was a little hard to find when we got there. The only thing we all missed was a blanket of some sort on the beds (besides the sheet) and maybe hotel sized toiletries. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Beautiful Villa

Traveling with a group of four adults for a 3 night stay. The villa was much more beautiful than pictured. It was very well kept and the house keeper did an outstanding job. The outdoor area was lovely and the pool was pristine. The location was perfect and was in walking distance of restaurants and stores and the marina.

Great home, great location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Teresa and Stan are wonderful informative and so kind. We would bbq at night and sit out by the pool. Coffee on the patio was lovely in the morning. Lots of room for two couples and two friends. Nice neighborhood and close to the best beaches.

Great holiday in a fantastic villa and resort

The villa was amazing - spacious, spotless and well equipped. The hosts were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The location was ideal - within walking distance of the supermarket, Marina and beach. We found lots of great restaurants close by / will definitely be returning

Super spacious villa in Gros islet

This house was so well-located for our stay in St. Lucia. Our host was accommodating of the delay in our arrival (due to island traffic) and helped us get settled in. Really loved how much outdoor space there was and would definitely stay here again!

Christmas 2024 Dream Trip

The villa, location and especially the host were incredible! The villa was very clean and spacious with privacy for everyone. The Rodney Bay location was awesome with easy access to Rodney Bay Marina and Rodney Bay MallThe hosts James was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Stan and Theresa on property saved many a day. They stocked groceries for us for Christmas Day, arranged a taxi for.on New Year’s Eve, and extremely quick to respond to any request or question but never invaded our privacy It was a dream vacation

First visit to St. Lucia

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful home! The owners were just so kind and so helpful. They were always available to answer any question and give helpful suggestions. Having them so close by was a definite bonus! This home gave the 5 of us all the space we needed and many beautiful decks to enjoy the view. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants and I would definitely go back.

Beautiful,spacious,comfortable villa in the Gros Islet quarter of Rodney Bay. Very well equipped - lots of outdoor seating areas- lovely pool and hot tub off.4 bedrooms - 1 in a separate annex. Excellent communication prior to arrival and lucky enough to have Theresa the owner about to keep us informed and kindly came with us to the Friday night street party at Gros Islet. Very central location for the supermarket,restaurants and beaches. Off street secure parking at villa and didn’t use our car at all during our 3 night stay. 100% recommend

Beautiful property

Very spacious and well equipped house. Great with various outdoor spaces including the pool area with sun loungers, and another terrace to the other side of the house with a comfortable seating area. And balconies upstairs too! Plenty of room inside when you need a break from the sun. Even better than the amazing pictures. Location was also very good - a peaceful spot overlooking Rodney Bay. But only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants, and Reduit Beach is easily walkable. James was really helpful with questions ahead of the trip, and the local property manager easily contactable during our stay. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Hospitality Plus!

The house was perfect! There were different levels with at least one bedroom on each. Until we got to remember where our bedroom was, I was a tad confused, but it made the adventure of a new place fun! What really made our stay VERY enjoyable was our “house mother”. She clued us in on where to go, how to get there, etc. Theresa was the best hostess ever and I will never forget her. She really put the icing on the cake of our vacation. Thank you, friend, for making our stay there one I’ll never forget!!

Lovely Home in Rodney Bay area

This property is in a perfect location when visiting the Rodney Bay / Cap Estate area of the island. Located in a quiet neighborhood; however, very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops and Reduit Beach. All within a 10-minute drive. The driveway is gated so you must make arrangements to meet the on-site property representative to access the property- no code access. The house is large and would be comfortable for a family or numerous couples with four large bedrooms and many lovely outdoor areas including a rooftop pool/ whirlpool. Lastly, the on-site property representative was lovely and so helpful. Overall, a very nice stay in Rodney Bay.

A bit difficult for the transport company to find us using the address but we got there in the end.Fantastic villa in the best location.. we could walk to a great choice of restaurants.BBQ and hairdryer weren't readily available but hairdryer was dropped in the next day, didn't ask about BBQ.Hope you like cats like us as the property have 2 who are there daily hanging around and walking through the villa. don't leave food out as it will go missing.Property manager walked in and out without notice, a bit strange and would have liked some warning of when they would be turning up

Great Spring Break!

The House:-Spacious and accommodating for a large family (or two). -The main house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Air conditioners in every bedroom and the large, open family room. -If you plan on cooking, you’ll need to buy your own supplies (oil, seasonings, etc.). There are two grocery stores about a five-minute walk away. -The fourth bedroom is a studio apartment outside the main house and connected by stairs. -The pool deck is spacious and secluded.-The entire home is gated. You need a key to enter the yard, so it feels extra secure. -Wanda (the property manager) met us when we checked in. She was available by WhatsApp the entirety of our stay. She also arranged for our ride back to the airport. She answered all questions within seconds. Rodney Bay:-We didn’t rent a car. You really don’t need one to explore Rodney Bay. Everything is walkable. The drive from the airport is long and perilous. -Reduit Beach (20 min. walk) was not crowded. Beach chairs and umbrellas were 12 pp. Good restaurant choices and a beach service that provides cold drinks and food. -We loved the Italian restaurant just down the street from the house. Five-minute walk. -If you like snorkeling, several companies go out of Rodney Bay. Easy to find. -TIP - Bring US cash for the beach, tips, and taxis. The locals seem to prefer it.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay here. Originally booked for just my wife and I, then invited son and girlfriend and then daughter. The guest suite was perfect to give our young couple privacy, and the villa was large enough to give everyone their space to relax and spread out. Every amenity available, the aircon very welcome. Beautifully appointed villa, Stan and Theresa are superb hosts and very welcoming and accommodating. We were a little worried at first when we found out the owners lived under the villa, but actually it is a great arrangement; if any questions arose Stan and Theresa were always close by to help. We would thoroughly recommend staying here for a safe, relaxing and lovely holiday. We will be back.

Great place, perfect location

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this villa. It is in a really good location, easy walk into town and the beach, with good views but a bit away from the real hustle and bustle. We were a large group and the layout of the villa was perfect for us. Lots of places to get away if you wanted some time alone, but lots of places to be together as well. Stan and Theresa were fantastic hosts. Alot of great suggestions and help. They were there when you needed, but never too much, so glad to have met them! One suggestion would be to possibly have a bit more light in the dining room. We liked to play alot of games at night and it was a bit difficult to see. I would definitely recommend this villa and this area. If you are wanting to do a lot of hiking and activities near the Pitons though I would not stay in Rodney Bay area, much too far of a drive to do often.

Very nice villa! Lots of crooks and crannies to lounge and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine! Our host was wonderful!! -Stan took us to Gros Inlet Fri evening the day we arrived and toured us around Rodney Bay to get the lay of the land. He offered very good local eating recommendations! Great area to walk from villa to town or catch the city bus to see Castries.
