The sea is 900 metres away and can be reached within 10 minutes on foot to Arenella beach, the most beautiful beach on the Eastern Sicilian coast with fine sandy beaches and a crystal clear turquoise coloured sea where there are lidos offering all the accessories and facilities for comfort, as well as a free beach.
Villa Irene is a single storeyed house all on one level with stunning, bright and comfortable rooms. The living area with the kitchen are the focal points of the house , spacious and furnished with valuable items, surrounded by windows giving views of the Zen style garden where one can relax during the day or dine under the stars in the evening. The windows have double glazing and insect screens, so the windows can be left open (all the windows are fitted with an up to date alarm system) as an alternative to using the air conditioning.
The sleeping quarters consist of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has a 1 ½ size bed, suitable for an adult or 2 children.
There is another large room separated by a sliding door which has 1 comfortable bed settee and two single beds providing sleeping facilities for 4 people .
The main bathroom has a large shower, big enough for 2 people to take a shower at the same time.
There is a laundry with a wash tub and a washing machine .
Villa Irene is fully air conditioned providing every comfort; a large kitchen with a 5 plate hob, oven, large refrigerator with deep freeze and ice making machine; a small temperature controlled cellar with fine wines (provided at an extra cost); coffee machine, juicer, stereo music player, kettle etc.
There is a modern alarm system, wi fi , smart TV 3D with NETFLIX, MP3 stereo music player, cot on request, iron and ironing board.
The garden has various ornamental Mediterranean plants.
The Villa is easily reachable either from Siracusa which is 10 kms. away, or the autostrada exit for Cassibile (8 kms. Distance), a few kilometres in which to discover the wonders of years of history, culture, ancient traditional hospitality and traditional healthy cooking.
