This home is not available for 3 days in-between rentals in order to thoroughly clean and disinfect to standards established by CDC, WHO and local health authorities.

Venetian Bay Villages is a Gated, All-Inclusive, Luxury Resort Community minutes from Disney, Epcot, MGM, SeaWorld, Universal and all Orlando attractions! Spacious 2 Story Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms (Master BR has Jacuzzi Tub), 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, sleeps 6-8.

Cable TV in living room and bedrooms. FREE SECURE WIRELESS INTERNET access. All amenities listed below are included at no extra charge!

Pets under 20 lbs are permitted. Motorhomes, trucks, and trailers are not permitted.

As advertised!

This condo unit looks pretty much the same as the pictures. The overall condition was good - some floor damage/staining in the bathrooms due to water leakage. We were happy with the cleanliness of the unit. The king bed was very comfortable. About 20 -25 minutes to Disney. Our only concern was that the unit is not very sound proof. There are units on both sides and behind. We were awakened several times by the neighbours loud radio alarm. Another neighbour had a dog that barked and loud children. Not sure if they were owners or renters. Overall, we had a good two weeks.

Very nice place to stay.

There was plenty of room for us and it was very comfortable and had great WiFi. It had everything we needed and the only drawback was the area had a bunch of speed bumps to traverse to get to the front gate. They do keep the speed down however, so safety first I suppose. Neighbors were noisy on occasion, but I could not tell if they were renters or permanent residents. Overall a very good experience in a very nice home!

Great house, nice location, nearby everything you want !!

We stayed here for 23 nights ( 24th of july until the 16th of august 2017) and we enjoyed every bit of the house as well as the location !! Tom and Jackie are very nice and helpfull if you need them. We told them that one of the matrasses was soft .. they reacted immediately and a couple of days later we had a new matrass on our bed !! Great !! We enjoyed it so much that we now already booked the house for 3 weeks in the summer of 2018 !! Good house, nice condo, nice pools, nearby all the disney parks etc. and nearby the outlet malls and restaurants. I can recommend it to every one !!! Mike from Amsterdam ( The Netherlands)

One of the nicest condos we have ever rented

We spent a week at this very nice condo while visited our family and friends who live in the area. The huge master bedroom with king sized bed is conveniently located on the ground floor with a big master bathroom complete with a large jetted bath and shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with twin beds in each plus a full bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms had tv sets as well as a large flat screen HDTV in the living room all with a cable connection. High speed Internet was available with wifi. The location was very nice and quiet and away from some of the congestion more to the West nearer the theme parks. The development is well maintained and very secure with a gated entrance and exit. The condo was very clean with good quality cookware and linens. All appliances were up-to-date and worked properly. Our pug enjoyed it being "pet friendly" and there was plenty of places to take him walking in the development. Having grown up in Central Florida we come down to visit quite often from our home near Atlanta and this was indeed a pleasant treat for us to stay in such a lovely home. Thank you Tom and Jackie for making it available for our visit.

Centrally located with low standard

The resort has a very nice location just off of SR-192.The gym-area and the heated pool and spa were ok if you got there early, before all the screaming kids arrived. A king size bed is nice, however, this one was very squeaky. We were directed to a management that didn´t exist to pick up the keys. They had moved out two years ago! It crossed our mind that we had been screwed but the Resort had a spare key that we could use. The first thing that met our eyes when we opened the door was a large stain on the carpet, perhaps left there by the previous guest with the dog from 2010. To check out the standard of a new place we rent we always aim for the pillows in the bedrooms. We pulled off the pillowcases and took a look at what was inside. Immediately we got back into the car and drove to Walmart nearby and bought four new pillows, two of which we left in the house - amazed at how people can accept stained and drooled on pillows. The first meal in the house was supposed to be simple, tomato soup and some bread. But what kind of toy stove was placed there? Two of the four positions didn´t work and all were tilted. And what is with the aluminum foil? Then the kitchen was sparsely equipped. No whisk for the soup and the ladle was completely rusty and should have been thrown away a long time ago. The same goes for the kitchen towels that were extremely torn and stained. Left the new ones that we bought, but not the other two appliances. The dishwasher was not mounted correctly and was falling forward every time you opened the door. Could have fixed it, but I had to draw the line somewhere. Also be careful when you sit on one of the chairs, or glue it together. It looked as if no one lives there. But it is still the owners responsibility to keep the place tidy if you rent it out – and want the guests to return. It was disgustingly dirty around the washing machine for example. I now understand why they only displayed photos of the surrounding area like the pool, gym, tennis court, etc. and nothing from inside the house. Wifi is nice to have, but it was disconnecting too many times to pass our test. And even though they worked, we now live in the flat screen era. Fat tv:s are rare to find, especially in a house that is supposed to be luxurious! If you prefer a centrally located house with low standard , not sound-proof and lots of kids playing in the street, this is the place for you. As you may have guessed, we will look for something else next time.

Home away from home

We rented this villa directly from the owners, who made our fist vacation rental experience the best since day one. Payment was easy, we received an email with directions, address, etc right away. When we got there we found the house was better than we expected. We felt really like this was our home away from home. Having a Super Walmart nearby, as well as being close to parks was a big plus. Bay Villages is very nice and offers plenty of activities but is also a quiet and tranquil neighborhood if you just want to relax. Our small dog loved his long walks around Bay Villages, and appreciated being able to go on vacation with him. Thank you Tom & Jackie.
