West Galveston house about 16 miles from the Strand, Moody Gardens and downtown. This beachfront one story home built to accommodate two or three families has a beautiful view of the ocean from every bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Surrounded by Andersen windows you will enjoy the quietness of silence or the relaxing sound of the waves and the breeze of the Ocean.

Recently replaced outside main deck made with non- splintering Trex material.

Kitchen remodeled in 2020 with all new custom made cabinets and island. Latest Bosch French Door refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. House was given a new coat of paint and laminate floors through out.

Winter experience at the Beach no problem Fireplace recently replaced Firefox and plenum will take all wood logs you toss in for
a warm atmosphere.

Located at a prime section for fishing. Early morning jog no problem; this house seats at the section of the beach that motor vehicles are not allowed so you will be safe and your children too. Lot size being one hundred by two hundred feet makes this house very private and with plenty parking space for up to seven cars. Two central air conditioning units cools and heats all living areas.
Sleeping accommodations are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full size beds, 2 Bunk beds.

Excellent stay, even had a Christmas tree and Poinsettia set up for the holiday feel. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and will definitely do it again! The house has everything needed to accommodate a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a Reunion

A group of 5 moms who met because our daughters all played soccer together, now they are teens and none of them are on the same team, but we have made a little family for ourselves and we plan one reunion trip each summer for us, our girls and all their siblings. The house was perfect for 15 of us, bug kitchen for cooking, lots of space to sleep, beautiful deck and beach access was perfect to balance who needed sun and who needed shade. Visited on a weekend where Galveston 's water was clear and blue, a rare event, the moon was full and we had a blast!

Spring Break

The house is great, the kids loved the beach!The only problem I think is that maybe the cleaning people missed some cleaning of plates, they were put back dirty.Other than that, everything was great.

Nice house with a great view and proximity to beach

We had a wonderful time at the house. The beds were very comfortable and it was convenient to have all bedrooms on one floor. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You can't beat the beach access from this house. It's also a fairly quiet beach with no vehicle traffic, which is a huge plus.

Always A Pleasure

This was our second time staying here. The house had a little storm damage from Hurricane Beryl, but the house itself was amazing! Great location that was right on the beach. The kitchen was full size and then some, beds were fresh and comfortable. We will forever book with this host and place.

Loved the layout of this house. Everything met our needs and every one of the 13 people in our group had a space. Loved the large windows with beautiful views of the ocean!

Arias Home

Check in was earlier than posted and very user friendly. We had family members from Dallas join us at the beach house. We were all (8 adults & 1 child) very comfortable with the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The family room, kitchen and dining room were spacious, well-furnished for all of our needs. The property provided outdoor chairs for the beach which was a nice surprise. The outdoor furniture on the porch were provided. (these were not shown in pictures or description) If we had 1 thing on our wish list it would have been a covered area on the porch. We brought a 10 x 10 canopy which we had planned to use on the beach and instead used on the porch. My 88 yr old mother to our 3 year old great grandson had a great time. The negative thing was the trailway at the end of the walkway to the beach way very narrow and was overgrown with grasses. This made it hard to watch out for snakes. I would otherwise recommend this home and Pablo Arias.

Great house!

The house was amazing for our group of 10 adults and would be amazing for littles as well. The house is well stocked and the location was amazing. We're already planning our next trip. Can't wait to come back!

Aries House - 3.10-3.13

The house was dirty in all areas minus the main living room/great room with dust and cobwebs. Blood stains on pillows and sheets, some dead bugs along the floor boards in a few of the rooms. The property manager did come over and did what he could to help. Overall the house was nice just needs the cleaning crew to give some extra effort. All appliances and a/c worked just fine. The house is right on the beach so that was great.

Galveston Beach Week

Our family of 14 (4 generations!) was so comfortable staying here! Bathrooms were nice, beds were great and the living area and kitchen were spacious enough for all of us. I especially liked that there was just one floor, since we had children and our 84 year old matriarch, and were right on the beach. We had a great time together! here

Nice roomy property on beach

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Aries. The cabin was spacious with no wasted space. 5 decent bedrooms with 3 baths and a nice huge open living/kitchen/dining area. Proximity to beach was also quite convenient.

Wonderful house and location

This was our second time staying at the house. Everything was just wonderful. We loved the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect. The house was very clean. Loved loved the large deck and catwalk to the beach. We could sit on the deck and watch the kids play and go back and forth to the beach by themselves. Will definitely stay there again.

Great beach house, amazing views!

Great house right on the ocean with private walkway to beach. House was very clean and matched the description perfectly. Very well taken care of and recent updates. Great for a large family. Pablo was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay again. Gave 4 stars due to some of the beds being extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Comfy beds and a beautiful view

Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Living area was nice. Two tables were nice to seat lots of people. Circle table top was a little unsteady. For sleeping 16 it would have been nice to have more dishes, especially bowls in the kitchen. Appliances were fantastic. Ice machine was awesome and kept up with all our water bottles. Had a great time. Thank you!
