Wonderful experience.

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the unit. Unit was clean and we had everything we needed for a marvelous stay. It was a great way to celebrate before sending our girl off to college. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location being north of the pier. Pool was wonderful. Sunsets were incredible. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit.

Sisters week

My sisters and I had a great time at the condo. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the corner unit, and the building was very quiet. The beach and the pool were great! Security wasn't what I was expecting though, as the front gate was open and all the building doors were propped open the entire time we were there. Only needed a code for our unit.

Beach Vibes is what we wanted and this condo delivered.

From check-in to check-out all our needs were met. Very well stocked with plenty of beach towels, kitchen supplies and the view was amazing and relaxing. Would definitely rent again. Happy with this condo.

Great property in all aspects: location - walking distance to restaurants, greatly equipped, very quiet at night. Margie is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Overall 5 star vacation!

Wonderful week

Feel comfortable knowing that the property is exactly as advertised. Clean and well-maintained. On a quieter part of FMB, but within walking distance to the lively Times Square area. We will definitely look to enjoy this condo again. Marjorie, thank you for your quick responses to any questions.

Perfect Stay for Our Family Vacation!

Margie was so great, from start to finish! She’s very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Her listing is very accurate. The condo is the IDEAL location on the island and the beach- secure and ample parking, elevator, spacious and well stocked condo, water views from both bedrooms and GULF FRONT, quiet, less crowded beachfront, walking distance to Times Square (only drove our car to mini golf off the island and to Publix). When we return, this is the ONLY condo we will book! Margie’s condo has everything that you need. I’ve never been in a rental that was so well stocked, from beach gear (toys, volleyball, 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, towels, etc.), bathroom (plenty of NICE towels and hand soap), plenty of comfortable seating and beds, and the kitchen was fantastic! She even has trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing soap. I’m so used to having to bring all of that with us but not here! Nice and new appliances too! We loved the option to eat inside OR out on the screened in porch, enjoying the amazing gulf views. Washer and dryer too so no lugging your laundry downstairs and needing exact change for the machines. VERY convenient! I HIGHLY recommend Margie’s condo if you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while in FtMB with amazing views and GULF FRONT!

Relaxing week!

This condo is exactly as pictured in the listing, and has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable, The view from every window of the condo was amazing, and plenty of beach equipment was available. We loved our stay!

Perfect

This condo unit was absolutely perfect!! First, the views are amazing! Second, the condo was clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is stocked with everything you need. There are plenty of toys and beach chairs to enjoy a day on the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing! We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. I was hesitant traveling to the 6th floor multiple times a day but the elevator was very convenient and the views from this unit can’t be beat! We plan to rent here again in the future! Thanks Margie for sharing your place with us!! We had an amazing family vacation!

Perfect place for Relaxing

The condo was just as described, clean & in the perfect location on the quiet north beach! We loved the decor the beds were so comfortable and the views were perfect from every window & both balconies! Shopping & restaurants were within walking distance so you don’t need a car! There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and accessories but a cart would be helpful! The only issues we had were getting the gate opened for our grocery deliveries (the gate has a call button to the condo and you press 9 on phone to open gate but it didn’t always work) and the rolling blind in the master had a broken chain. We found some twine in the tool box and tied the blind up each morning so it was an easy fix. Overall the two issues were very small and wouldn’t stop us from renting this beautiful condo again! Thank you Margie for sharing your beautiful place.

You can't go wrong with this condo ... everything is perfect!

We were extremely impressed with this condo! First, it was spotlessly clean and extremely well-stocked. From any cleaning supplies, to laundry detergent, loads of toilet paper and paper towels, beach towels, and beach chairs/toys, everything we needed was available. Second, the location was phenomenal. We had never been to Ft Myers Beach, and staying north of the bridge makes so much sense. The traffic south of the bridge could tie you up for 45 minutes. From this condo to Times Square – with many restaurant, bar, & shop choices - is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Third, the pool area was wonderful, landscaping perfect, and beach access couldn’t have been closer. Next vacation in the area will definitely be at this property. Highly recommend!

Beach Tranquility

From the grand entry to the friendly owners and guests our stay was delightful. The condo is full length on the north side of the building. We will stay again and recommend Margie's condo! We had a few issues, but they were attentive to resolving them. There are beach chairs, coolers, towels and umbrellas. We hoped for a wagon, but there wasn't one. A few items to note, there are recycling bins, and carts for luggage and groceries, to the right of the main floor door- kind of hidden. The linens and towels are expected to be washed with the exception of two loads, as well as dishes cleaned and put away. This did concern me with the virus, but we just cleaned everything. The convenience of the dishwasher and large washer/dryer were great. We also enjoyed the filtered water and ice dispenser on the frig- it is the little things!! If you rent bikes, they have bike racks. Now, I am so ready to go back!! I haven't even mentioned the heated pool, sun deck, grills, elevators, parking, ease to beach, tram stop is a short trek. If this is your first visit to FMB be warned, your car is no good here, traffic gets backed up, we went into fort myers at night, when traffic is light. The tram is free to ride and only goes to the library. The trolley is 75 cents and travels the entire Estero Blvd. A trolley will also go to fort myers. Wait time can be long at times for all. I hope I don't regret this review, as we already have trouble getting the dates we want. Happy beachin!!

Fantastic In Every Way!

The condo was perfect and so well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. Everything was so convenient...wonderful views, great beach and the pool was very nice as well. You can walk the beach and get to restaurants and downtown area, but are still far enough away that the beach wasn't crowded at our location. We have never seen so many starfish and sand dollars anywhere! (and we are beach people!) We had one of the best vacations ever and would highly recommend this location.

Girls trip!

Beautiful, Convenient to everything. Our owner Margie worried about us until we were in the Condo & happy. Not the greatest communication from VRBO. 3 other couples there had the same trouble with VRBO & couldn’t get all the details on their rentals.
