Beautiful contemporary home on East side of Seneca Lake provides beautiful sunset views and peaceful/serene surroundings. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with Central Air sleeps 15 comfortably. Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. Contemporary decor throughout. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Picnic area and fire pit located in backyard.

30 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock, 200 sqft sundeck, and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Awesome weekend

This place was perfect for our weekend celebration! Tons of beds with linens and lots of space for hanging out, eating, relaxing , etc. we had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to go float on the water and hang out on the dock.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This home is our favorite of all of the annual family Finger Lake trips we have taken. The house is beautiful and had the perfect lay out for our gatherings. We loved the easy access to the lake as well as the dock and the deck. The location on the lake was great as it was in close proximity to many of our favorite wineries and breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for a wedding group

We only used the property at night and in the morning to house our wedding group that was at Sampson State Park, only 9 miles away. Plenty of beds for everyone, plenty of living space and a kitchen that had all the amenities.

The house was absolutely Beautiful! Everything you might need from kitchen utensils to a curling iron in the master. The dining room was very spacious and plenty of room for us 8 women to sit around the table as well as the living room. The lake view was gorgeous. The only suggestions would be to spray paint the garbage can with your house number. We were so nervous we put our garbage in the wrong can upon checking out. We all loved the house so much and would definitely stay again!

This is a great place if you are vacationing with family. There is a master suite on the main floor and upstairs has a master bedroom/full bath and two other bedrooms with a shared bath. There is a deck out back with plenty of shade. The front has a great view of the lake. The private boat dock is two tiered. Great place for relaxing on the water. Underneath the deck is the boat lift to store your boat while staying. Sampson State Park is five minutes up the road and offers a place to launch your boat or just a great place to visit.

Great Stay On Seneca

This house had plenty of room (and then some) for 3 couples. We loved the location with easy access to Seneca and Cayuga wineries. The house was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again! Suggestions: consider some better upstairs beds/mattresses and an additional key for renters.

Family Vacation

The property is perfect for our family getting together for a vacation. We are a family of 8 adults and 7 children from ages 9 to 15. There is just enough room for us all. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms is helpful. The parking available is great. We are all out of state and enjoyed are time together. There is room for us all to spread out with the yard, dock and home. We have used this property in the past and will use it again in the future.
