Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. Contemporary decor throughout. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Picnic area and fire pit located in backyard.

30 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock, 200 sqft sundeck, and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.
