Direct Cayuga Lake frontage, west-facing sunset views, and proximity to historic Aurora make this home a distinctive Finger Lakes base. Three bedrooms, two additional common-area beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lake-view living room offer flexibility for families and groups. Outside, guests can spend time on the dock and waterfront patio before exploring nearby wineries, shops, restaurants, and historic attractions. Grill A gas grill and propane tanks are available. Propane levels are not supplied or monitored, and guests are responsible for refilling the tanks if needed. Complimentary Starter Supplies * One towel per guest * Pillows and linens for each bed * K-Cups, creamer, and sugar * Salt, pepper, and cooking spray * Dishwasher pods and laundry pods * Dish soap, hand soap, and sponge * 13-gallon and 3-gallon garbage bags PLEASE NOTE Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Snow removal crews serve multiple properties during winter weather. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall. Because this is a lakefront property, seasonal insects and cobwebs are common. The home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, but additional pest-control treatments and cobweb removal are not provided during a stay.
