Condominio frente al mar con fantásticas vistas a la playa desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal en el sexto piso de La Georgetowne House. La pared de la sala frente al mar es todo de vidrio. Tanto una piscina al aire libre y la playa se encuentran a pocos pies de salir del edificio. La unidad tiene cuatro televisores, DVD, VCR, Stero y cada una de las áreas para dormir tiene radios de reloj y ventiladores de techo. Acceso a Internet inalámbrico está incluido en nuestra unidad. Una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, máquina de hielo, licuadora, lavavajillas y vasos y vajilla para 16. Bien equipada con ollas y sartenes, así como tener una lavadora y secadora en los ventiladores de la unidad y el techo en cuatro de las habitaciones. Somos una unidad final que significa que estamos a unos cientos de pies cuadrados más grande que otros condominios frente al mar en la Colonia del Mar y no hay pasillos fuera de las ventanas de la habitación; que le da más privacidad. El dormitorio principal es una reina, la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio es un sofá cama queen. Hemos ido sin llave, usted no tiene que recoger las llaves o agarrar una llave si alguien quiere regresar de la playa. Se le envía un código de puerta por correo electrónico y el código se cambia para cada alquiler y se desactiva automáticamente cuando finaliza esa semana. Las sillas de playa y los paraguas se dejan en la unidad para su uso.

Stay at the Beach

Loved our stay, perfect place , clean and easy access to beach. Plenty of room for my teens to spread out and have their own space. We can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Great stay in Sea Colony

Communication with Phil was incredibly easy and thorough. Check in / out was an absolutely breeze, much easier than other Sea Colony properties we've stayed in. We had everything we needed in the unit and had a wonderful stay so close to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

Sweet Stay

We really enjoyed the ocean view and all the amenities available to us during our stay. The property itself was very nice, with a few rough edges like overstuffed closets and kitchen cabinets, that in reality wouldn't bother most people. Considering the age of the complex, it's in great shape, and I would definitely come back to Sea Colony.

Great beach vacation

This was a great condo for our first family vacation to the ocean. The location and the amenities included were amazing. Very close to the beach and several pools, plus an easy-to-use tram system for venturing farther out or to the fitness center. The owners were great; very responsive to any questions we had and were helpful when we ran into a small glitch during check in. They also provided a comprehensive restaurant list, which was helpful. The condo itself was pretty nice.

Georgetown House Rental

We stayed at Georgetown House. The owner of the unit, Phil, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He sent a welcome letter with lists of instructions, local restaurants, and activities in the local area. A beautiful balcony view! The unit was very clean and easily accommodating for 6 guests.

Great ocean view and comfortable living!

We have been staying at this condo for the past 3 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed our time every year. It has wonderful ocean views and offers plenty of space for our large family. The unit is very comfortably furnished and allows everyone enough room to relax. It is extremely convenient to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. With smaller children, it is very easy to run back to the condo during the day, if needed. The complex in general, is also conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and within walking distance to the town.

Great vacation spot! Comfortable! Great views!

We have stayed in a few units and we keep coming back to this unit. The view from the apartment is beautiful and you can see dolphins from the balcony! The apartment is very comfortable. We find it very relaxing and have found the owners very responsive and willing to go the extra step like providing a restaurant list for the area. When we have called with questions they have always been pleasant. And they actually have called to make sure everything has been ok while we’ve been there!

The location was awesome. We loved that it was an end unit with more privacy. The reserved parking spot in the front row of the parking lot next to a tree for shade was in a great location rather than in a tricky spot under the condo building. The unit itself reflects its rental price when compared to other units in the same building. The keyless entry was very convenient allowing anyone in the family to enter the unit without having to keep track of physical keys or be limited to two keys. The unit does need a couple upgrades, which would definitely enhance someone’s stay. I also suggest including a linen rental. Packing sheets for four beds plus towels for a family of five was very cumbersome and inconvenient. The upcharge would definitely be worth it in my opinion. The owners were great at communicating - very prompt and thorough in their replies. Their comprehensive list of recommendations of local eateries was much appreciated and spot on.

Needs some improvement

Overall not a bad place, but could use a renovation on the kitchen and the bathrooms to bring up to modern srandards. Also we could not use 2 of the TVs because the remotes were missi g. The owner didnt offer a solution to this problem.

Mixed feelings

We have mixed feelings about this condo. The location was great, both in the complex and surrounding businesses. Everything we needed was conveniently close. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing! The negatives: the curtains did not easily open or close entirely, rods were cheap. Two of the four mattress covers were soiled, as were a few of the pillows. The light switch in the master bedroom was loose and worked sometimes. Bathrooms were dated and part of the toilet paper holder fell off in the master. The toaster was broken and the coffee maker was old and didn’t work well. These were annoying issues that were minor inconveniences, especially for the cost of the week and the great location of the condo. The owner should really upgrade these items. However, the beach and amenities were wonderful and our family relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

Georgetown House Review

This property was ideal in size for our family of 5(4 adults and 1 teen .)The layout was great. Loved the beachy decor. It had everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen , except the inside of the silverware drawers were not as clean as i would have liked, the sofas needed cleaned, and the bed pillows need either washed or replaced. Everything was very comfortable other than a few small cleanliness issues , It was exceptional and communication between the owners was great .We were disappointed that most of the pools were closed but it was off season .We would definitely book here again .

Awesome rental!

Property was terrific from initial rental to actual vacation. Owners were very flexible with our dates as well as ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. The location was great with easy access to both the beach and pool. The actual condo was decorated very tastefully and you can see they care about the condo. It was meticulous and the kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo for our family!

We loved this condo. The location was great for our family of 5. Bethany beach is very family friendly and the area is much less crowded than ocean city but an easy drive to our favorite OC restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed and the resort has great security and lifeguards. Our only complaint is that it would have been nice to know about the $40 a person charge for badges for the beach, pool etc. that was an extra $200 that we weren’t expecting and we felt that was a bit steep for us since we didn’t use the tennis courts or exercise room etc. but overall it was a great week and we would stay there again!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfect location, and what a view !

We had such a wonderful week. So happy about our choice, perfect condo and the nicest owners! We really appreciated the detailed instructions that they sent us prior to our arrival and the long list of restaurants with comments and suggestions, it was great for our first time in Bethany Beach! Loved having our morning coffee on balcony overlooking the ocean with the sound of the waves. Also enjoyed just walking back up from the beach at lunchtime to make ourselves a sandwich at the condo and then just walking back downstairs to the beach. Our daughter also really liked the nice pool right by the beach. We would definitely love to come back!

Favorite Condo so far!

My family and I booked this condo for our yearly Bethany vacation. We found it to be more spacious for our family of 6, giving plenty of room for our kids to spread out and relax after a long, fun day at the beach. The communication with the owners was excellent, and very easy. The room location was also very convenient, not much of a walk to the pool/beach. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable....and our favorite condo out of 4 consecutive years travelling to Sea Colony!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great ocean views and comfortable living!

We have stayed at this condo for the past 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time each year. It has beautiful views of the ocean, is very comfortably furnished, and is quite spacious for our large family. It is convenient to all amenities, such as the pool, beach, and tennis. It's a quick trip up to the unit with small children, at any time during the day, if needed, which makes life very easy! The complex, in general, is also very conveniently located near a couple of very good restaurants, a pharmacy, and within a nice walk to the town. I would completely recommend a stay here.

Unit is dated and needs to undergo renovations.

While this unit offers a nice view from the balcony, the interior is dated and needs to be renovated. The owners of this rental claimed that we damaged property and refused to return our security deposit. My family has been renting in Sea Colony for 10 years and never experienced any problem like this. While we observed the damage when we arrived at the premises, the owners nevertheless held us accountable.

Great views, very comfortable and nicely furnished

We stayed here last year and found the place to be comfortable and larger than other units that we have stayed in at Sea Colony. It was nicely furnished and up to date. Not having a walkway outside my kids bedroom window made it easier to get naps in and being on the end, it seemed quieter.
