Less than a mile from Surprise Stadium(KC Royals & Texas Rangers Spring training). Close to Univ. of Phoenix Stadium.
This immaculate home with recently expanded patio has designer furnishings, 2 bedrooms (the
master has a King bed, it's own bath and walk-in closet), 2 full
baths,TV's & DVD, ceiling fans throughout, central air-
conditioner/heating system, a large oversize lot in a quiet but
convenient location with lots of trees (palm and 3 citrus as well as
two large cactus gardens), fully equipped kitchen with Bay Window in
eating area that seats 4-6, all linens provided, laundry room
(washer & dryer), and a Dining Room that seats 6 comfortably.
Easy living awaits you in this comfortable home with a 2-car garage
(auto door opener), just bring your clubs & suitcase.
The community has everything for the sports-minded, or you can just
relax and experience the spa services, have coffee or lunch at the
village by the stream, or walk and enjoy the fountains and lakes
throughout the community!

We stayed a month. Mike is great! He lives close by so if any problems arise he can be there pronto. All you would need for a stay is included. Great location for sure. Everything was meticulous and with Mikes great personality this was a dream stay. Thank You Mike :)

Stay in Surprise

The location was great. The neighborhood very nice. Cleanliness could be better since we paid $150 non refundable cleaning deposit. There were quite a few crickets, inside and out which was off putting but the place was tidy and presentable but would definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. I didn’t like finding out there was an extra fee for using the amenities like the pool. We were originally told it was $125 a couple, or close to that, Mike wasn’t sure, but we found out it was $200 per person for one month. The amenities were fabulous, beautiful pools. Also found out after booking that we were responsible for the electric bill, which wasn’t disclosed in the property description on VRBO. Mike did indicate that he was going to have that added in the description going forward. The rental is 2 bed 2 bath but with a love seat and chair so only 3 people could sit in the living room, and not comfortably, the furniture was very uncomfortable. The place could be fabulous, it just needs some attention and some different furniture, linens, dishes and such. I would suggest a laminated page of instructions to include things like Wi-Fi password, garbage schedule, address of pools and business centers in the complex and other pertinent information. The information was available, but on pieces of paper in a basket on the counter. Having it all on one sheet would be nice.

Lovely Surprise

The home was as advertised. Wonderful neighborhood, nice and quiet no problems with neighbors or noise in the neighborhood. Very relaxing and comfortable home met all our needs. Owner, Mike and his wife are very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. It was a nice welcome to Arizona gong to be hard to find a house of my own to match this very comfortable and safe location

Beautiful setting!

We enjoyed the beautiful setting of this home with mature lemon, grapefruit, and orange trees plus a variety of wonderful cactus just off the patio. The front yard is graced by a majestic palm tree and bougainvillea. The home was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly when microwave needed to be replaced. Very convenient location. Close to Granite Falls golf course and Surprise Stadium plus grocery and restaurants yet very quiet neighborhood. Great getaway!

Great location and comfortable house

House rental worked well. Nice location in an active retirement community. Kitchen was well supplied and beds were comfortable. Owner could spend some money for carpet cleaning and the living room really needs a new couch. Other than those items, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very accommodating whenever a minor issue came up.
