Modern 4 Bedroom Home with a swimming pool located in Avondale, AZ. This home is located 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District/Cardinals Stadium. 20 minutes from downtown PHX. Enjoy this spacious 2,100 Sq ft home with 1 King Bed, and 3 Queen Beds. This home has a 60" TV in the main living area and a newly renovated kitchen. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi & a bathroom that has been recently renovated. The Master bedroom has a 50" TV. Backyard is spacious with artificial turf & Putting Green. Game room includes a Ping Pong and Foosball Table The entire home is available EXCEPT the garage. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and on the street.

It was okay

The property looked promising in the pictures but the moment we arrived we notice things were not cleaned properly, the bathroom was not cleaned right you lifted the seat and there was urine stains and around the toilet. The cabinets in the kitchen were sticky and the poop looked like it wasn’t cleaned and had the green stuff stuck to the bottom of it. We did reach out the manager and they did respond right away but I felt like they didn’t really believe us. They just kept saying we make sure everything is ready to go and which they probably do but somethings do go unseen. I think they assumed we were lying and it was probably my mistake by not taking pictures. They sent someone over and said that the bottoms bathroom was dirty because of us. So I just left it at that and the pool was disgusting. My family always travels down to Phoenix around this time and have always used the pool no matter the weather and this is one of the reasons we liked the home so for them just to assume we wouldn’t be using it was crazy.

Very unfortunate to read your comments. I personally walked the property and took videos of the property. That being said, I sent a cleaner to the property within the hour. Your group left the bathroom extremely messy which wasnt fair to our cleaner but she cleaned it again regardless. It almost felt like you didnt really appreciate our efforts for you. There was definitely no urine stains around the toilets. It's sad how you seem to exaggerate the conditions of the place. The pool pump had an issue and we even sent over pool company to fix it. I also offered you extra time to stay on the property for free. You do not seem to mention any of these things. The water was 50 degrees during the middle of the winter. My apologies it wasnt crystal clear during this time of the year where most people do not swim in freezing water. That being said, we dont agree with your assessment of the bathrooms. You messaged me and said they were FILTHY. Filthy is a bathroom at circle K. Please be a little more fair as this is a small family business. We are not trying to take advantage of anyone!
