We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, in a great location, and tucked inside a quiet, gated community. It was incredibly dog-friendly—our pup loved the secure backyard and we appreciated the peace of mind knowing it was fully fenced. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with clear instructions and great communication throughout. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog or just looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay!

Easy check in and check out

I had a very good time and the check in and check out process was easy. The explanation on where, what and how to do things were explained extremely well I would stay there again if the opportunity presents it's self.

North Phoenix Condo

The condo fit our needs well. It was clean and had more amenities (hand soap, TP, utensils, dishes, etc.) than other places we've rented. The neighborhood itself was quiet, but some nights there was a lot of traffic noise outside the gated community. Rick was a great host, very responsive when we had questions and got back to us quickly.

Good size, good location, stocked with everything you need for a long stay! Gated community, and good pool. Rick was in great communication and answered quickly! Took care of us during our stay!

Perfect Stay!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Exactly as described and even more charming in person. The location was perfect- tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions at check-in. Making the process smooth and hassle free. The house itself was spotless and well maintained with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, this property succeeded our expectations. It was a perfect home-base for our move; offering both comfort and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A getaway from the snow.

The property was great. It is central to all the ballparks and many other sightseeing places we went to. Easy access to golf courses. The unit was very well stocked with bedding, towels, and anything we required in the kitchen. We had no issuses with anything. We would definately consider this place again.

BEST VRBO

We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this one is by far the BEST; we will always check the availability of this house BEFORE booking anywhere else. The host, Rick, was amazing! He is the only host that has ever checked in with to ensure we were not in need of anything during our 10 night stay. I had a few questions and he was always quick to respond. The cleanliness of this home was SUPERB!!! As a Resort Owner, in a different State, i have very high standards and was shocked to see that this home not only met but exceeded my standards. Most pet friendly rentals have a certain smell that is expected given the amount of pets that come through. However, this home was SPOTLESS and smelled almost brand new. Everything in the home was clean and not a spec of dust could be found ANYWHERE; and I looked lol. Even the picture frames and decor was dust free! The layout of the home is very spacious and well designed. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook up a meal too. The master bed is extremely comfortable and will provide a solid night's rest; we didnt use the 2nd bedroom but it is just as spacious as the master. The gated neighborhood is quiet and perfect for taking the fur babies for a nice stroll. The neighbors are friendly but not so much that they bug you. The location is exactly what we prefer. It is close to the freeway and centrally located to the grocery store, an array of fast food, walmart/costco and etc. We will definitely be back!

Great place for two people

Neighbors

The neighbors in the neighborhood made us feel very unwanted. Blocked my car in the driveway, shined headlights in the windshield as to blind me just because he stated he didn’t know who we were. Did any ever rent here before…. I’m pretty sure they have.

It was what we needed!

The neighbors were quite and kept to themselves. There was construction and the detour was on the road behind the unit so there was a fair amount of traffic noise but I am sure it will be a lot quieter when the construction is finished. Most places we wanted to see were fairly easy to get to. There was a door handle that needed fixing and was handled in a timely manner. I left some suggestions with the property owner. He seemed to appreciate them. I would stay there again.
