this one of the largest townhouses in Fenwick Island. Located on the oceanside of Ocean Highway on Maryland Avenue, only 100 yards, from the best beach on the east coast.

This well built three level townhouse has plenty of room for your entire family with sun splashed decks off the family room,master bedroom and tiki room. The deck off the tiki room has ocean and bay views with outdoor speakers and lighting.
Access to large side yard with privacy fence for a picnic and pets. Sleeps 10 easily, fold out sofa bed in the tiki room top level.
Three Queens, Single and double with trundle in kids room, hide-away-beds.

Great family vacation

We had a great weeks vacation. Our family consisted of 7 adults and Gerti the dog. It was good to have our 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and our grand dog all together. There was enough room for everyone. The side yard was perfect for Gerti. The stocked kitchen was very helpful for making big meals. We were a block from the beach!!! There was 3 mini golf courses and 3 ice cream stores within 2 blocks of the condo. It was a great location. It was helpful to have linens and towels provided. I did wash all the linens, towels and dishes before using them. I just wasn't sure how clean everything was. All of us had a great time and may do this again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This townhouse was perfect for our family of ten. The ocean block location allowed us to not only easily walk to the beach, but also other places such as nearby stores and restaurants. We appreciated the ample space for our family to be able to enjoy themselves.

Lovely stay!

It was just what we needed! Close to the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities. Loved being there during the off-peak season.

We choose Fenwick Island because it is truly a family resort. A unique and safe place where a bike is the preferred mode of transportation. Small but complete with a diverse assortment of activities for recreation, dining or just relaxing, all within walking distance.
