NEW CONSTRUCTION! Second Floor Duplex

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Beach Haven. This brand new second floor 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 . We're just 2 and a half blocks away from the beach and a block away from a beautiful sunset on the bay. Fantasy Island and Bay Village are just a few short blocks away. Owners live on premises.
Enjoy the Jersey shore with all the comforts of home-- washer/dryer, Central AC, dishwasher, gas grill, and much more... Just pack Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets (3 queen size beds) and TOWELS and come on down to relax!
Available ALL of Sept and Oct. (2 night minimum)
Prime summer months July and August we require a 7 day rental Saturday-Saturday. *

****renters supply their own bed linens and towels.

We had a great stay at this location! It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Apartment was super clean and equipped with all the essentials. Loved the location how close it was to the beach and amusement/water park. The owners were wonderful, even though on site that did not bother us and we were able to have our private space. Highly recommended and will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing long weekend at this property! It was immaculately clean, modern with updated appliances, and we loved the covered deck. The area is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, Bay Village, and of course Fantasy Island for our toddler. The owners were also so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, and we would definitely come back again!

Best place !

We have been coming to LBI for 30+ years and Dennis and Shelly’s place is the best , always clean and comfortable. They are also very nice people. Coming back next year.. 2025.

A Great House in Beach Haven

This home is brand new and beautiful, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. It is located on the 2nd floor of a home with the owners occupying the first and third floors. It includes a private covered deck. The owners were very warm and accommodating. One feature that would be a plus is a smart TV, with an adapter like Roku to use for streaming services.

Great place to stay in Beach Haven

I was so glad to find this listing. I stayed for a long weekend with my life and young kids. It was perfect for us. Close to the beach, dining, shopping, and amusements. Very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is located on the second floor of a 3-story house. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, one full bathroom, and a deck. There’s an outside shower as well. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Nice people. Overall I’d highly recommend this property for a small group getaway to the beach!

Great location, gorgeous property!

We enjoyed our stay in LBI! The house is absolutely impeccable, perfectly appointed and has everything anyone could need to enjoy their vacation at the beach. The only issue we had with the property...this is a 3 story duplex. The owners occupy the first and third floor. The rental is a 3 bedroom apartment that makes up 2/3 of the 2nd floor. Essentially you are sandwiched in between 2 floors which the owner occupies. This definitely lends to normal noises from living below another family and in our case, the owner was entertaining a few nights, which made for a rather noisy evening. They did quiet down around 11pm but were up early at 7am. I merely mention this to caution anyone with young children or a family thinking they are occupying the 2nd floor of a duplex (as advertised). This is not a 100% accurate description. As mentioned, the house is lovely and I would consider renting it again in the future but the reason I chose a 2nd floor duplex was because I didn't want to have another family living above me and in this case, that is what happened.

LBI Review- Labor Day Week

Great week at LBI. Three bedrooms and nice new appliances in the kitchen. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great deck for BBQ - it is covered which was nice on hot days (and rainy night). Very clean and perfect for a family stay!

Super Cozy Getaway! =)

My family and I were attending a wedding at the LBI Foundation and found this wonderful spot on the southside of the island. I must say.....this place was awesome and exceeded our expectations! I felt that it was in a great quiet location that was close to a lot of great places to eat and nearby attractions! =) The owners were very courteous and accommodating to answer all of my questions regarding the rental in a timely manner. If we had to come back for any reason, we would definitely be a returning customer if available! I would recommend this super cozy spot for anyone looking to spend time in LBI!

Awesome place in every way. Hit the jackpot on this one!

The place was not only spotless, but nearly everything looked new, like it was rebuilt relatively recently. Michelle greeted us when we first arrived, was extremely warm and friendly, and we felt she and Dennis were accessible at all times. LOTS of little things made this place more than just great. The kitchen cabinets had the slow close option. Every kitchen accessory was top notch quality (not the cheap plasticky version we have gotten in other places)- like the toaster, the blender, the coffee maker. There were beautiful built in cabinets in the closets of two of the rooms. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Bright, and simply but tastefully decorated. The house was on a quiet street. There was a very nice deck area open on the sides with an overhead fan and a brand new-looking composite picnic table and chairs. Close to the action in Beach Haven (about a 15 min walk) but far enough so it felt isolated. We were VERY happy with this roomy, comfortable apartment!!!

Great place, great people

Great place to stay near everything on LBI. My girlfriend and I had a great time while our teenage kids loved exploring the heart of beach haven. Close to everything both adults and kids love. Safe, clean and the hosts were wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Perfect!

This cute little gem was perfect for our weekend trip. The place was so super clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with a crawling infant and a four year old and felt right at home. The owners are so nice and so accommodating. The location was perfect as well, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. i would definitely recommend staying here!

End of summer getaway.

I can say enough wonderful things about our stay. House was adorable, clean and more than enough room for our group of 6. Owners were with and the location couldn’t be beat. I hope to rent again!
