EXCELLENT RENTAL HISTORY! We have rented 100% of summer weeks for the past 19 summers and have had excellent feedback. Many of our tenants come back each year, and some have been renting for 18 years! Our beach home has helped many families create traditions and vacation memories on Long Beach Island. GREAT LOCATION! Located in the Beach Haven Gardens section of Long Beach Island, our duplex is an oceanside house--you do not have to cross busy Long Beach Boulevard to get to beach. We are situated 12 houses from the beach. We're in a quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to everything! We're within a few blocks of Howard's Restaurant, Woody's Burgers, WaWa, Meltdown Ice Cream Parlor, Marvel's Bakery, California Pizza, & Terrace Tavern and just one mile to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Mini-Golf, Thundering Surf Water Park, & lots of great shopping.

AMENITIES: Each unit has 3 bedrooms to sleep six people (1Q, 4T), 1 bathroom, full kitchen & dining area, deck with picnic table, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 tvs/dvds, outside shower, driveway parking, 4 free beach badges (kids under 12 and seniors are free). Bed sheets and towels are NOT provided.
