Our Beach Haven home on Taylor Avenue is the perfect location for a relaxing Jersey shore vacation! Located in the heart of Beach Haven; park and walk to everything: 2 blocks to ocean beach or bay, restaurants, shopping, playground. Bay Village and Fantasy Island Amusement Park and arcade, miniature golf, and Thundering Surf water park are steps away.

Comfortable and clean oceanside duplex. Availability and costs shown here for first floor unit. Unit has central AC, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 8. First floor has front patio area and on-site parking, with additional street parking. Shared amenities include outside shower, backyard with outdoor seating, firepit and gas grill. No smoking, no pets in Unit 1. Renters provide their own linens and towels.

Please understand this home is a duplex and there is noise transference between floors. Owner lives in second floor unit so it is not currently available to rent. Partial week rentals available in the off-season, please inquire if interested.

PLEASE NOTE: We rent our home through VRBO. This house is never offered for rent on Craig's List or other sites. If you believe you may have been contacted fraudulently about the rental of this property, please contact the owner to confirm your inquiry.

Excellent Visit!

We had an amazing time on our vacation, and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is perfect - right near shops, restaurants, water slides, mini golf, etc. The house felt very clean and was a perfect size for myself, my husband, and our 2 young kids. We'll be back again next year!

Family of four getawar

Me, my wife, our three year old and four month old daughter stayed here for a week. Can not beat the location to the beach and all the amazing thrills of Beach Haven.. fantasy island, bay village, all a 2 minute walk. Would recommend for sure - and we’ll be back!

Great location, clean house

Loved the location. The house is immaculate. Only complaint is the mattresses need replacing. They are too soft and broken down in the middles.

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay even though Mother Nature wasn’t on our side. The stressed were flooded and Bev did an amazing job keeping us updated on the situation and giving us instructions. The house was perfect for our little family and would definitely come back, but only when the sun is shinning! Thanks so much for everything!

Our stay at Bevs property in Beach Haven was good. The house is exactly what we needed for a short trip. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need to cook a meal, however there was no empty cabinet space to store any of our food. We had 2 children with us so that would have been nice. Instead we had to keep everything on counters and kitchen table with then left the space feeling cluttered. Blankets are provided at this property not including linens. Which we found out was normal for this after due to some sort of tax rentals receive if they provide linens. A few things to note about this property. While Bev was easy to communicate with, and she did ensure me that she would check in with the cleaners, the property was not cleaned prior to us arriving. The bathroom was dirty, with foot prints in the bathtub from dirty feet. There was a ton of hair all over the bathroom floor and sink and the mirror was full of toothpaste stains. The floor throughout the entire place was Sandy and dirty and there was a lot of dirt build up throughout the house in window sills, baseboards and in the corners. For the price we paid, having to bring our own linens and the list of cleaning duties we had to check out, I would not rent here again unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, as this is not the experience we strive to provide. Our home was professionally cleaned for the season in early May and was cleaned again prior to your arrival. While it’s clear the cleaning did not meet our usual standards this time, the conditions described in your review do not reflect what you communicated to me during your stay, nor do they reflect the typical condition of our property. Regarding storage, the kitchen includes multiple cabinets with open space for guests, a dedicated additional cabinet, a large basket above the refrigerator, and a shelved entryway closet. These areas have consistently provided ample storage for our renters, so I was surprised by your comments on this. As for linens, not providing them is standard practice on Long Beach Island, which is why this is stated clearly and repeatedly in our listing and pre‑arrival communication. In terms of pricing, our home is intentionally priced at the very low end for the area to offer strong value to families and returning guests. While I’m disappointed your experience didn’t align with what we consistently provide, I do wish you the best in finding a property that better fits your preferences in the future.

The perfect LBI stay!

I absolutely love this place! It’s my 2nd time staying with friends and I am pretty sure I will be back a 3rd time. The place is super clean, spacious, super close to the beach and the host was excellent! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to have a weekend getaway in LBI🙌

Quaint beach house in amazing location

The beach house was located in the best area and easily walkable to everything for our 4 and 6 yr old girls! The house was cute and Bev was a wonderful, responsive host.

Perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house location! Beverly was accommodating and easy to work with, access to the location was a breeze, and the spot itself could be compared to none other. Short walk to the beach, water park across the street restaurants all around… You name it it was there! The kitchen was modern and clean and it was spacious enough for my family of five. I would recommend this for anyone looking to have it all at the beach.

Walking distance to everything

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend at this property. It was clean and close to everything. I parked my car on Friday and didn’t move it until Monday, when I had to leave. The house is shared by renters on the first level and owners on the second. The only slightly negative thing about that set up is that you can hear people walking around on the second level.

Nice accommodations, perfect location

Cute end clean place to stay in a great location for our teens. They could walk to all kinds of different venues and the beach is right down the street. The owner even hung a Happy Birthday banner and left a note as we were celebrating our daughters 16th birthday.

Well needed rest!

The house location was great. Close to all the stores, restaurants and attractions. Beach was a quick walk away. The house was neat and clean. Great flow and comfortable. Well appointed. The beach chairs were great so we didn’t have to bring our own. The only 2 issues we had were the hot water heater was not working upon arrival on Saturday and was not resolved until around 12 noon on Monday. It was a little inconveniencing to take cold showers especially with a 2 year old. The second issue was the noise level from upstairs. There were quite alot of people staying and walking around, which we heard until quite late. They also had 2 dogs which barked when they came in and out, which some people came in quite late. They were running around which could be heard quite clearly downstairs. This caused us and my grandson to be woken up numerous times at night. We were just looking for a little more quiet environment for vacation and should have not rented a downstairs unit.

Great location for younger kids

If you are interested in the main attractions of Beach Haven, then you can't beat this location. Walking distance to Fantasy Island, Chegg and other restaurants and shops. In addition, still close enough to the beach to walk with young kids.
