We feel it's a very safe neighborhood and own in this subdivision for many many years.
It's a mix of vacation rentals and locals and everyone gets along very well and is friendly.
The house is located just 0.5 miles of off Highway 192 with all the new restaurants, super markets etc.
Super close to MargaritaVille and just about 4 miles to Disney Animal Kindgdom.

What makes this property unique
It's a large 4 bedroom house with a fantastic pool that isn't shared and just for the guests that book the house. Behind is a little conservation area and Sand hill Cranes, all kinds of birds, turtles and lots of other beautiful animals are daily visitors.
The pool is completely screened and has loungers, chairs, table etc for a relaxing and fun time by the the pool.
